2 days in a row and y'all are still having issues. I'm either missing food or I'll place an order and drive all the way there just to discover y'all don't have the items. Why keep it on the menu if it's unavailable or out of stock?

Ordered a iced mocha, came in for a coffee after attending a funeral, at this point I did not want to come into public after said funeral but I felt maybe one of my favorite coffees would make the day slightly better, iced mochas automatically come with whip and mocha drizzle, being 8 months pregnant I wanted extra mocha drizzle, was given a cup with no mocha drizzle at all, no whip and cream in color with 100% no flavoring, asked nicely for this to be fixed, was met by (manger Terri) with the most awful attitude I have ever experienced, I myself am a manger at a fast food restaurant and would never treat another human being the way I was treated, being met with aggression I was nervous and started to stumble over my words, accidentally asking where the ( Carmel drizzle ) was, when I intend to say (mocha drizzle ) , was told “ Yeah well you got that “ when that was not what I ordered or intend to say so I know for a fact I was being lied to. I left in tears and could not handle the miserable staff members behavior. I feel sad for someone who would treat another human that nasty. Tried to call restaurant to fix said inconvenience and was told again by same manger that it was made correct and that I was in the wrong. Take a look at the pictures yourself and ask yourself if I am the problem?

the blonde lady with the bob who was taking cash at the first drive-through window had a really bad attitude. she was yelling “hello” at us through the window for no reason, which felt rude and unnecessary, even if she couldn’t hear us clearly. it made the interaction uncomfortable. in contrast, the blonde lady with the ponytail at the second window who was passing out the food was very kind, polite, and had a great attitude that made the experience much more positive.

Came in and went to the counter to order food to only be told over 5 minutes later to order off the kiosk. Ordered to eat in and after grabbing my table number, went to sit down and 90% of the tables were dirty. Trash all over the floor and on tables. No matter what table you sit at, it smells like they washed them with an old dirty dish rag and dirty body odor. Order came up and they called our table number. The order was in a to go bag and they refused to bring the order to our table after calling out our number multiple times. Horrible service! We felt cleaner to go outside and eat in our car. None of our food was hot and fresh at all. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves for this store!

We typically order using the app, usually counter pick-up for convenience since drive-through can sometimes be busy. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for order. Rarely any mistakes. Courteous staff in the late mornings and afternoons. Food is alway fresh and good quality for your buck. Let’s be honest, it’s fast food. They are gonna have their off-days just like anyone else and mistakes will occasionally happen; but our experience here has always been a pleasant one.
i live in belleville and i’ve had so many issues with this location and manager. multiple times i have not received my entire order at curbside and have had to file multiple chargebacks through my bank because corporate or management refuses to help and says they don’t have capabilities to refund?
Staff is always very friendly, food is always good quality, and the location is always very clean!
Horrible McDonald's! Mess up every time I go here. Incompetent workers. Very unprofessional! Tool 30 minutes waiting for nothing!

My McChicken was overcooked (dried out and not hot like most other McDonald's. The fries were warm, not hot and fresh. The older lady that took our order did it with the kiosk instead of the register, but had us pay at the register. I HATE those kiosks. If I can't give a person my order, I'll go elsewhere.
Food was barely warm. Every table was dirty. We was pretty much the only customers at the time so I don't see why with the amount of employees that are on the clock NO ONE was even attempting to come clean up the lobby.
Saturday, May 17th around 3pm
Ordered extra mustard, got a tap of the leftover mustard stains from their mustard dispenser.
That usually happens when the guy making sandwiches is too lazy to refill it.
The burger also had no burger seasoning, the worker’s home cooked meals must be bland.
No napkins in the bag by the runner/bagger.
Update on my last review: I had to spit the burger out because it was so disgusting, it tasted like it was 50% beef 50% human. There was also no napkins in a bag.
To whoever was making the sandwiches:
Please actually work hard at your job before you lie to your next possible future hiring manager about your work ethic. How do you want a better paying job when you can’t do your current job correctly? Thanks.
No matter if it's 4am or 7am, busy or not, you're told to wait at the drive through for who knows what reason. Every single visit. Maybe they got McDiddy parties going on in there.
If I could do ZERO stars, I would.
