We typically order using the app, usually counter pick-up for convenience since drive-through can sometimes be busy. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for order. Rarely any mistakes. Courteous staff in the late mornings and afternoons. Food is alway fresh and good quality for your buck. Let’s be honest, it’s fast food. They are gonna have their off-days just like anyone else and mistakes will occasionally happen; but our experience here has always been a pleasant one.
I am a reoccurring customer & this McDonald’s is my go to when I’m hungry. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, & patient. They know my order & I can always hear them in the background making sure my order is correct. Though there have been mistakes they are quick to fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative.
Sometimes the drinks are too watery. Also sometimes their french fries don't have enough salt. Also I gave them a coupon for a free milk then they forgot my milk. Staff is meh.
