Well where do I start, we shared a bldg and hallway with them, little ceasers, o always smelled like they're cooking foreign cheap meat if it's really meat, unusual smell for Chinese food kitchen, the hall reaped of that stuff they call meat and veggie they cook. I never ate there, smh just the smell in the hallway of my old job was deadly so I do believe its cat and rat, chicken beef shrimp dont smell like that if its rotten. Idk I actually seen the owners, when they bring in boxes of produce I never heard of. I mind my business, but these review's, I had to put the icing on the cake guy's you made me.RUNNN FROM THIS PlaceSMELL ALONE AT 10 AM WHEN THEY START, NOT GOOD, worser than chitterling smell with the boo boo smell

The last time I ordered, I got the general Tso's chicken. It was very old and dried out. It wasn't even really edible. It was like chewing on hard flakey plastic. This place used to be good but that was so bad I won't be ordering from them again. I don't know if they changed owners but it's just not good now.

Food cold and under cooked can kill someone with the chicken. Lady that takes the orders very rude. I will not buy from here again.

For a long while I found Pearl River to be excellent. But the last few times I found that the food was not as good, and today my food was running together in the carry out container. The sauce for the steamed chicken and vegetables were extremely salty. We couldn't eat it. But the worse part was when the woman answered the phone by saying, "Yea" with what appeared to be an attitude. I will not being going back and will not recommend my family and friends to go there.

Been coming here since the early 90,s. Food was always great!!Birthday dinner tonight was HORRIBLE! RAGOON was old and mushy, Hunam Shrimp...vegetables were soggy and sauce was like dark gravy out of a can and cold. The worst was the Kung pow Chicken...loaded with same cold gravy sauce and tasted like just soy sauce. No flavor. I called and ask if they had a new cook and explained how poor the meal was very politely due to being a long time customer. Didn t seem to care. Sadly, won,t be going again..A friend mentioned their last meal so not so good either..:(

We are kinda picky about our Chinese food and Pearl River has been a favorite of ours for YEARS! Even with special requests, they make it just like we ask. Our favorite dishes are Hunan Beef and Pork Egg Foo Yung! And the crab Rangoon? The best Highly recommend!!

We are pretty careful when we order from a Chinese restaurant we haven't had before, as most of the time it is either really good or really bad. We've struggled to find a really good place since we moved to Belleville, but decided to try out Pearl River. Safe to say, we found our place! Everything we ordered was really good. Lots of flavor and the portions are so big that you'll definitely have leftovers. The fried rice and lomein was especially good. The dumplings are huge and have a lot of dough, and the crab rangoon is of the sweet variety. Mongolian beef is also really good with a tasty sauce. Our only gripe is that we wish the food came in the plastic takeout containers instead of styrofoam, as some of them began to leak. This will be our go-to place for Chinese takeout from now on.

Nice whole in the wall chinese restaurant. Ever since covid there has been no dine-in. Food is good for those nights of craving Chinese. I'd stick with the rice and noodles dishes. The dumplings need more flavor.
