We are kinda picky about our Chinese food and Pearl River has been a favorite of ours for YEARS! Even with special requests, they make it just like we ask. Our favorite dishes are Hunan Beef and Pork Egg Foo Yung! And the crab Rangoon? The best Highly recommend!!
We are pretty careful when we order from a Chinese restaurant we haven't had before, as most of the time it is either really good or really bad. We've struggled to find a really good place since we moved to Belleville, but decided to try out Pearl River. Safe to say, we found our place! Everything we ordered was really good. For a long while I found Pearl River to be excellent. But the last few times I found that the food was not as good, and today my food was running together in the carry out container. The sauce for the steamed chicken and vegetables were extremely salty.We couldn't eat it. But the worse part was when the woman answered the phone by saying, "Yea" with what appeared to be an attitude. I will not being going back and will not recommend my family and friends to go there.
