The service is always horrible, but my daughter loves their frostys and this one is closest to me. My food has been tasting cold and old the last few times I was here. They never give me my receipt and when I ask, they have an attitude. Receipt should be automatic. Or ask if I want it. And they almost never had minion toys for kids meal when advertised. If they did, it was always the same toy, which wasn't even a minion but from the new minion movie.
I don’t know who helped me at the window but she was the best, super sweet. Informed me they have diet Dr Pepper. AMAZING!
Ordered mobile at, and it went downhill fast. They were out of Dr Pepper, told me refunds only go through the app (which has no working refund option, just a phone number). Got handed drinks, then a rude handoff of my bag from someone who looked like a manager. Drove off and realized we had no straws and were missing fries, went back, got the fries, still no straws, then noticed my chili was missing too. Left without it, wasn't worth another trip. Won't be back to this location.
