I don't know why I keep ordering from here... Well, I like Wendy's, but this one is certaily in the running for worst Wendy's of all time. The WWOAT, if you will. I live about 5 minutes away, am lazy, and always hungry. So I have doordashed this location a dozen time. If I had any self discipline, I would have stopped ordering from here long ago. Food always takes over an hour, arrives cold, and is missing items 9 times out of 10. This might be the last straw for me. Probably not though.

Decided to give this location another chance and that was a mistake. Burger patties were burnt and were not edible. Condiments just slopped all over the buns. Went for the orangesicle Frosty and said the machine was broken so substituted a chocolate one ? Ordered one drink and gave me the wrong drink. Ordered online so it’s not like they were rushed. No one in the drive thru when we arrived. Won’t make this mistake again.

I should have gone and sit down at a Coney Island. I would have had better service and actually fast food...in the 20 minutes I have sat here they have turned 10+ people away and only one order has left the building.

MAJOR UPDATE: 03-29-2024 9:35pm The current staff is extremely incompetent and rude for no reason, I ordered through the mobile app, it took almost 40 minutes before I got my order, which was missing an item, it happens, I understand. I have 10 years of experience in fast food, I was patient, went through the drive thru to let them know, I was polite, I thought they'd be, but not today. Man at the drive thru said "we'll get that right out to you if you can pull forward, sorry about that" pulled foreward as requested, waited almost 15-20 mins, our current order getting cold. I saw that man outside bringing food to other people waiting just as long, looking extremely confused on whose order is what, he saw us sitting there and completely ignored us, I ask real quick for an update on my missing item, and he tells me, "they said they put it in the bag, I don't know what to tell you" this is poor customer service, what he should of done was get a manager, I had my receipt and bag ready to show them, but I got "I don't know what to tell you" very tude. They were not short staffed, as I saw about 8 or so people (I could be off, but they definitely had enough people) I don't want to just put the blame on him, because he could be inexperienced, but they should retrain employees. I double checked when I got home, the sandwich definitely was not in there. Terrible location, this'll be my last visit.After research, I've learned that Douglas Corporation Of Michigan owns this Wendy's location, I don't think they have a good track record of running any decent Wendy's in the area, you might be better off going out of state, like Ohio.--Usually have no issues with this location, but today it wasn't too great. Ordered a few frosties along with our meal, which they were completely out of. Okay no big deal, I asked to substitute it for a mellow yellow, no problem right? I mean after all they have coke freestyle and the app said they were available when making a drink selection. "We don't have that" news to me, okay how about strawberry lemonade? "We out" settled for regular lemonades, which luckily weren't bad. More so surprised they didn't have their usual drink options. Food wasn't bad, luckily, but the service coulda been better, having experience I get it, but at the same time I hope for the friendly experience, and mutual respect we used to get here. Hopefully next time I visit, they're having a better day!

Light skin Girl with brown hair using hostile language towards customers and caught an Attitude when I asked for my receipt (messed up the order and overcharged me) .The food was for a homeless man otherwise I would have got a refund and left. Will never be returning.

I’m tired of coming here. Twice in a row now with a couple weeks or more between tries I have came here and not been served. Both times they were scheduled to be open to midnight and were closed by 10. So much for eating someplace besides McDonald’s for once ? ? the first visit they was just completely closed no cars nothing. This time there are 3 cars there lights are on, but when you pull up to order some feminine sounding yt man hops on the speaker to snidely and snarkily let you know in a very exaggerated manner that he cannot take orders because his entire system is down. I actually am leaning more towards they closed early and want to finish their cleanup so they can walk out the door at midnight but the way he said it to me he seemed extremely pleased about it. He definitely said it with a smile. Please pay your employees more because they clearly don’t give af to even stay open to the time they list on their website.Can’t go to Belleville rd either because they closed permanently and if they were anything like this location I see why.0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND0 STARS ⭐️

Long wait for cold food. The patties on the burgers were ice cold, the buns were stale & hard. The fries were cold, unsalted and strangely tasted like lettuce. The tomato was green. Oh, and of course, they forgot the sauce.

Incompetent workers who are very rude and really just don't care. Waiting in drive thru? minus well turn a movie on you'll wait 20 mins till they are ready to take your order cause they're on their phones. Don't go here.
