The staff and restaurant are great!!! The quality of food Wendy's chooses to serve is the question. The burger is overdone and dry. That is not the employees, it is the quality of meat Wendy's headquarters choose.
Great service, food was hot, no need to reheat at home. Associates were very professional and polite.
Today, Service was great. Food not so much, burgers were cold and dry, obviously prepared much earlier. Chicken sandwich same, fries were cold. Frosty were great.

Beware ordering off the app. If the order doesn’t come through they will not honor the order, even if they were paid for. Service is decent, but I’m sure if they paid employees more service would be better.
