Absolute horrible experience as usual! Will just chalk this up as a reminder of why I do not come to this KFC!After struggling to communicate with the young man on the speaker, he explains the difference between a meal and just chicken bucket. I answer “12 piece family meal” to which he asks what sides? I answer with my 3 sides.. he says we only have 1 of those available! Okay… well cancel that - I have to feed 4 children at home after work. We go back and forth 3 or 4 times...read full review

For those complaining about the food, srsly WHAT DID YOU EXPECT?? It's freaking 2024 and u cheap ppl should know better that there are better junk food to eat from than kfc, McDonald's...

WORST KFC PERIOD. I did a pickup order and everything was cold, there were 3 fries. Drink machine was broken and they wouldn't refund me for it so they said "we can give you a biscuit instead." They then proceeded to give me the worst piece of chicken known to man instead of a biscuit. Don't go here.....
