“I went today to pick up dinner and the staff working inside were friendly and courteous. Smiling faces, happy to help. They got me my food quickly. The staff seemed to get a long well. I love it. The only complaint...the owner should really invest in a new speaker system and headsets for the associates.Because it's very hard for them to hear me.And me to hear them.“

“This restaurant serves the best food.
It is absolutely delicious! Their chicken is delicious and crispy, and the potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and gravy are all excellent. My kids enjoy getting the chicken nuggets and the Cajun chicken sandwich from this place. We go there even though it's 25 minutes away from where I live. But it's worth it. The employees are friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and well-maintained.“

“Good and not so good review..... I come here on and off. Normally have great food, great staff ect... however... tonight I belive the manager she was short, bossy, rude, black hair....was very very rude to her staff down talking them, I could tell they where becoming embarrassed. it's okay to correct your team members but you need to do it privately and definitely not in the way she was. also if you ran outta food it's not the customers fault and if you know the prices so we'll, than you should know it's a Friday and you should have food up for your rushes. if she treats her team members like this, how awful must she treat them when the doors are locked?“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“Ok Ypsilanti!!! This restaurant had been here for 9 years for a reason. I used to eat here all the time in the past but just started going back again, and they don't disappoint. The food is always fresh even though the parking lot is empty... don't be fooled be that! The owners are really nice! I appreciate both of them. If you're looking for gizzards, this is where you go. These aren't the ones they take and just fry all hard! No! These are cooked until tender, and they're breaded! They have steak subs too!“

She took our order and was SUPER nice-- They even let me order a shake! ?Going above and beyond just for us, these people are so incredible. “They are so nice here! Especially all the managers. They make sure they go out their way to meet the customers needs and if there is a problem they will fix it with no problem. I’ve ordered off DoorDash numerous of times from them and my order has always been so fresh and so good! The whole staff is nice honestly so if y’all want great food & great customer service come here cuz I am very picky but they always get my order correct. -DD.“

“Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world.....fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it's even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness...was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That's not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I'll be back.“

“Placed a pretty big order for Chicken Shack, for an 11am pick-up on Friday morning. Once the store/doors opened (at 11am) - my order was boxed up and ready to go within a few minutes. Extremely satisfied with the prompt service, and of course, the food was great!“
