“We stopped by today and went through the drive through. The lady was super helpful and let us know we had to wait 15 minutes for our wings. When they came, one of our drinks was missing. The girls were on break we think. They still went in and got our drink for us without complaint rather than having us drive around through the drive thru. Also they brought out extra honey mustard sauce. They were polite, courteous, and working their bums off. We could tell they were exhausted and really appreciated their efforts to give good service. Thank you!!!!!!“

It’s been a while since I’ve been treated with such kind hospitality in a food place. I got the gluten free chicken tenders, green beans, and potato wedges… all delicious! “This restaurant serves the best food.
It is absolutely delicious! Their chicken is delicious and crispy, and the potato wedges, mashed potatoes, and gravy are all excellent. My kids enjoy getting the chicken nuggets and the Cajun chicken sandwich from this place. We go there even though it's 25 minutes away from where I live. But it's worth it. The employees are friendly and professional, and the facility is clean and well-maintained.“

Normally have great food, great staff ect... however... tonight I belive the manager she was short, bossy, rude, black hair....was very very rude to her staff down talking them, I could tell they where becoming embarrassed. it's okay to correct your team members but you need to do it privately and definitely not in the way she was. also if you ran outta food it's not the customers fault and if you know the prices so we'll, than you should know it's a Friday and you should have food up for your rushes. if she treats her team members like this, how awful must she treat them when the doors are locked?“

“I suggested my mother order wings for the holiday from here. we have been coming here for 5 years, and have referred many. their website prices does not match in store pricing,, nor their menus.. she ordered a 100 wing dings, website 54.99, in store 79.99. She even called beforehand and confirmed price. when she arrived she was given a different price. So bad customer service and false advertisement. Me & my family won't be returning. I also will be notifying all the people I referred plus letting my co workers at the airport know of this. we will just go to or other spot..he was also rude and disrespectful. buyers beware! I also will be posting a review on any platform they host, ridiculous. you don't get to disrespect your customers and think people will return.“

“This is my new Krispy Krunchy Chicken go to location. I've been to multiple locations but, there are about 5 that I like & trust. Downtown Detroit was a challenge with traffic after work & their hours of operation. But this one on haggerty is nearby & just as good &, with good customer service.“

“They are so nice here! Especially all the managers. They make sure they go out their way to meet the customers needs and if there is a problem they will fix it with no problem. I’ve ordered off DoorDash numerous of times from them and my order has always been so fresh and so good! The whole staff is nice honestly so if y’all want great food & great customer service come here cuz I am very picky but they always get my order correct. -DD.“

“Ok so walking in here your greeted by the second best smell in the world.....fried chicken. Normally I go for the bone on fried chicken and its pretty good. Very crunchy and if you get it fresh it's even better. Now today i got the tenders. Flavor was there. Crunch was there. Freshness...was not there. They were cold and I was in a rush. That's not a reflection of the food. Food was Still good. Just not the best it could have been. But I still love kkc and I'll be back.“
