We stopped by today and went through the drive through. The lady was super helpful and let us know we had to wait 15 minutes for our wings. When they came, one of our drinks was missing. The girls were on break we think.
They still went in and got our drink for us without complaint rather than having us drive around through the drive thru. Also they brought out extra honey mustard sauce.

KFC is a reliable restaurant with a good location and a newly renovated interior featuring big tablet order kiosks. The service can be hit or miss, but the restaurant is clean and has plenty of parking, including wheelchair spaces. The menu offers a variety of vegetarian options and sides. Orders can be placed using the kiosk, and the food is typically served quickly. While the quality of the chicken can vary, the lemonade is a highlight. Customer service has shown improvement, with some staff members providing friendly and attentive service.
