I guess some people called off. But came in at 12:15p and all the food was gone so you just had to take whatever was left. Meanwhile the staff was bickering in front of the customers about who called off. The worker was very short with the customer and blamed everything on everyone else instead of just trying to make it better the worker goes off on a rant about how it aint her fault. Causing a scene in the restaurant and embarrassing the customer. Staff needs trained on customer service. I won't eat here again until the crew grows up...

I guess the young lady was frustrated that I came in as a customer while she was eating and she really didn't want to serve me because she basically did the total opposite of everything that I asked I asked for like beans she put heavy beans I asked for fresh steak she scraped the steak out the bottom of the pan and threw it I asked for light queso it was just a horrible experience the store was a mess and I live right up the street so I'm a returning customer that place is going down no shade but this was my last experience here at this restaurant

Matted hair out over the food with headphones on on the front line. 9pm and food all in bags getting cold against health code next to a sanitizer bucket. No hair nets on any of the coils that no doubt is the special garnish in the food that you didn't expect or see coming. Lady argued and spoke over me the entire time while the SUPER professional manager recorded and did nothing to solve the problem. Y'all. Come on. Being mad at paying customers because we don't want salmonella is a wild vibe. All the tables and chairs were put up as if to say we are not welcome for the last two hours of operation.
I honestly don’t know why I keep returning to this location. Yes, it’s the closest to me, but driving to Canton instead is worth it. They have terrible time management skills. I’ve waited an hour for an online order before because they kept prioritizing the people in store and ignoring the online orders. To be fair, they weren’t staffed well enough at dinner time on a Friday night to handle the influx of online orders and the line of customers. That’s a staffing/management issue. Last night, I decided to give them a try again and I’m done. Not only was my order incorrect, it’s unappetizing. I didn’t eat it. 1) I ordered my quesadilla cheese crusted and it’s not cheese crusted. 2) It’s not been grilled long enough. The quesadilla is undercooked and floppy. 3) There’s not enough cheese to hold the quesadilla together. 4) The fajita peppers were chopped so poorly, I’d guess a kid did them, not an employee. Fajita peppers & onions should be sliced into long, thin strips, not cut into silver dollar sized chunks. I’m not asking, nor expecting, Michelin Star food here. What I am expecting, though, is what I ordered and for it to be made and cooked properly. Apparently at this location you either wait an hour for your online order or if, by some miracle, it’s made in a timely fashion, you get an unappetizing, incorrect, mess.

It's 8:00 on a Friday night. You're out of a major component of burritos, the grilled vegetables. When this happened at another Qdobas, they quickly grilled more. It doesn't take long. Burrito was edible but not the same.

2 out 3 of my visit I've done the nachos and the last two visits the chips where so stale it just made the meal hard to eat. If you are not doing delivery I'd suggest testing your chips before you pay
