I was disappointed with the service today. When I entered into the restaurant I noticed that one of the workers was eating. The young lady who service me immediately put on gloves and prepared my order. Which was spicy queso and guacamole with chips. When it started to get busy the young ladybwhoyoung lady who serviced me had to other orders. The other employee who was eating finished her meal and went to the register. She never washed her hands after eating. Can you please tell your employees to wash their hands after eating and before serving customers.

New night manager needed! They close at 10 we got there at 915 ish the restaurant was filthy from napkins, wrappers, silverware, food, spilled drinks all over the floor & tables. They were out of spoons (I ordered soup and they told me after I ordered and paid) they did find me one in the back food was all over the serving area ..no cheese, no cilantro and on and on... there were 4 or 5 employees in the back laughing and chatting with one person trying to ring up, make food and take orders...I was thinking not very professional but it was in the last hour and it is a bunch of high school/college students in charge (I worked a similar job and so did my kids at that age so I get it).....but then a dark haired female (with a ponytail-didn't ask her name) with a manager shirt on it was a black manager shirt ....she had been in the back as well & after coming out to the front she didn't seem to notice or care about the massive mess or upset customers. Fyi I am a pretty positive and kind person but the owners need to know they need a new manager or some retraining for the current manager

Due to a bogo promotion and a Holliday at dinner time, it was pretty busy. But everyone there was working well thru it together. Food was as good as usual. The pop machine was out of most flavors, and customers were leaving messes as fast as employees were cleaning them up. I was pleasantly surprised that the work crew was handling it as good as they were.

I've never been to this location, and I have not eaten at a Qdoba for several years. I decided to give it a try and I will not return. The staff is friendly enough, but the food is not tasty, and the meat is cheap. I got a chicken burrito and the meat was tough and grisly. I felt awful after the meal, and it seems like the quality has really gone down since I last ate at this establishment. I hate to admit it, but Subway was a treat compared to this.
