It's store policy to charge door dash customers for items that are out of stock rather than removing them. I was driving for door dash and they refused to provide me with a receipt that reflected the missing item. There is a note behind the counter advising employees not to remove a missing item under any circumstances. The store is effectively stealing from door dash costumers and making it look like the dasher is to blame. This is reprehensible.

Heidi is the rudestSaid next went to Counter she had an attitude from the start.Then she was rude and then she decided to make a comment about my mom, but remind you.My mom died in 09.She really needs to change her attitude before she loses her job or whatever if she's having a bad time, whatever but talking like she is isn't cool and being rude from the start isn't cool.I don't know how she's still hereMaybe one day she will grow upShe definitely made it where I will not come back to the Speedway.I haven't dealt with anybody this rude in so longShe's definitely pushing people awayI'll go to Meijer next time.
