Cashier did not put Gas on the pump I asked for account was charged but when attending to find the error I was addressed rudely. I am confused because I believed the customer should be respected. Guess I was wrong.....

Heidi is the rudestSaid next went to Counter she had an attitude from the start.Then she was rude and then she decided to make a comment about my mom, but remind you.My mom died in 09.She really needs to change her attitude before she loses her job or whatever if she's having a bad time, whatever but talking like she is isn't cool and being rude from the start isn't cool.I don't know how she's still hereMaybe one day she will grow upShe definitely made it where I will not come back to the Speedway.I haven't dealt with anybody this rude in so longShe's definitely pushing people awayI'll go to Meijer next time. Almost fell becuz they didn’t mop there floor n there r puddles n putting up a wet floor sign isn’t enough someone can get hurt
I went in and got a Sprite when I was on my way to work (I drive around all day) and was in a hurry. When I got down the road I tasted my pop and it tasted horrible. So when I passed by speedway again (about 30 min later) I stopped back in to ask if I could just get a different flavor pop. When I got to the register and spoke to the lady she just looked at me like I was stupid and shrugged her shoulders. I politely told her that it tasted like there was no syrup and I even removed the lid to show her that I had not drank any (I also had my receipt.) Her response was "well I just had some and it tasted fine." I wasn't asking for my money back, I wasn't complaining, I wasn't being rude, I just wanted something that I could actually drink and I was made to feel like I was scamming them out of a $1.59 pop. Very poor customer service. Also when I was leaving they (employees) were definitely talking because they all took turns looking out the window at me while I put my kids in the car.

I mostly just buy cigarettes for my mom from here, but the staff have always been nice to me, Kit especially.

Me an my boyfriend been sleeping in our car because we had a tree fall on our house. Hidi the gm got mad one day because we were parked in her spot from what the employees have said! If your gonna trust pass my boyfriend just for parking in a parking spot! Because you didn’t want to walk a extra two feet why are you a speedway gm?

To be honest all the staff is chill tell the gm get there! You know honestly I’m on bad times. But a store gm thought would understand well my 1st run in with Heidi it’s was nothing but attitude. Than she pulled up one night with a attitude I went back to get gas an asked ware the manager was an she was like I can have you trust passed. We’ll aye if you gonna be like that aye how’s that a store manager if she gonna always go to im gonna trust pass you!
