I ask for the same drink every time I come here and each time they give me something different. I make sure to ask for what I want correctly and nothing works. If I ask for light whip they put extra, etc as well as over blending the drinks. It’s not just one employee that does it, across the board they are not reading the ticket. Imagine tipping for a drink that’s made wrong. You guys have started my day off bad for the last time. At this point it seems personal.

I ordered an iced match with sweet foam. That's what I paid for and that's what it said on my cup sticker. I didn't get sweet foam. After being ignored for a few minutes, I asked if I could get the foam and the girl was told me to hold on. Eventually took my cup, the my lid away, dumped half my drink then put a little foam on, a new lid as s handed it back to me like I was a terrible inconvenience. It was very rude. Also, there were big hunks of unmixed green matcha and zero sweetness. Just overall a bad experience.

You will wait forever in the drive through. I usually pass this location by because the wait is always so long but on this day, I was the only car there and still waited forever! My drink was very watered down and not worth the price, or the wait.

I come to town from Pittsburgh 3 times a year for a sign language convention and always come to this specific Starbucks, even if my hotel is out of the way. Wendi always makes my flat white perfect and is sweet enough to remember me and my order. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and top notch. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I can say with certainty they have an excellent team here. Never have had a bad experience in my 8 years of visiting.

Really great staff, I was here visiting Michigan with family and in the morning not only did I get good coffee, but I got cute smiles and cat faces on my cups!
Three cars in front of me in drive-thru and took 10 mins to get to speaker and then another 20 to get drinks so 30mins. The tag on the drink says I ordered at 4:53 and got drinks at 5:13. Ridiculous
