If looks could kill, I would not be writing this review right now given how the barista at the register reacted when I asked if they had my mobile order ready after the 10 minute requisite waiting period. Got my drinks after 15 min but then I committed the grave sin of asking where my croissant was. My Belleville expectations were too high! Never again!

I recently had an unfortunate experience that compelled me to share my thoughts. The level of dismissiveness I encountered was truly disheartening. Despite my attempts to engage and seek assistance, the attitude displayed was consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. I believe constructive communication is crucial in any setting, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking in this instance. I hope for improvement in this aspect for the benefit of future interactions.

This Starbucks used to be wonderful. During this past holiday season , I’ve noticed the quality of the drinks have went down along with the service of the baristas. Almost grinch like. Mad because you’re asking them for a bottled water that is missing at the counter that you already paid for on the app.I frequently order off of the Starbucks app and walk in to receive my order. Multiple times this year my coffee has been water down , missing ingredients , and just was made horribly. One thing that used to be good about Starbucks is you knew the quality of the drink you were getting! Nowadays, that’s far from the truth. Please try to get this location back on track because there are plenty of local coffee offerings.

I frequent this Starbucks regularly, today I was in the store and we handed the cashier a grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich needs work served hot so the cashier throws the sandwich next to the warmer. I said to him did you just throw that sandwich and he says oh it's in a wrapper it's fine. No sir you do not THROW people's food. He could have easily just turned around and took a step or two and put it on the counter. That's unacceptable. Hope that never happens again Starbucks.
