Faedy helped me out today, I wanted an iced pecan crunch oat milk latte, but blended with whipped cream and caramel on top. She said that that was one of her favorite drinks and she knew the perfect spin to make it taste just right.

I drive out of my way to come to this location on my way to work 1-2 times per week. The people at the drive thru are always so friendly and welcoming. Today my drinks were not as they usually are. Spending $6 or more dollars on the same drink for them to not be the same is disappointing. The photo clearly shows they are not filled to the same level which doesn’t make sense when you’re following recipe.

I just left Starbucks and the young lady who took my order saw I had my black lab with me and gave my dog a pup cup. I thought that was so sweet. I've had nothing but great experiences with Starbucks in Belleville
