I come to town from Pittsburgh 3 times a year for a sign language convention and always come to this specific Starbucks, even if my hotel is out of the way. Wendi always makes my flat white perfect and is sweet enough to remember me and my order. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and top notch. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I can say with certainty they have an excellent team here. Never have had a bad experience in my 8 years of visiting.

Great customer service at the register and pleasant baristas overall but… it took over 15 minutes for my drink. That is unacceptable. Especially while I’m watching car after car get their drink in the drive thru.

Faedy helped me out today, I wanted an iced pecan crunch oat milk latte, but blended with whipped cream and caramel on top. She said that that was one of her favorite drinks and she knew the perfect spin to make it taste just right.
My drink was amazing thank you so much faedy!!
