This is by far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Waited in line for 30 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes in the parking lot while my food was being made. Not coming back here again.

Staff was extremely rude as soon as I walked in with my family of 4 at 3:25pm one of the staff members mumbled "hell nah" and then yelled from behind the counter that the lobby was now suddenly closed and made sure my family left and locked the door behind us but I thought it's funny how another man was sitting there eating still and a young couple just walked in to get served so why did me and my family get treated like that?

The food gave me horrible diarrhea that messed me up all weekend. I don't have food allergies. Also AI drive thrus suck but I doubt corporate or management care about reviews.

The approach is very difficult and doesn't make sense. It's quick in and out here I think because the driveway is impossible. They also had an AI that didn't know what was being prepared.
This place should be packed! The greeter and order taker (human) was so nice and professional. The food is hot, fresh and uncommonly delicious. If they fix that drive thru they will have a gold mine and a line in the parking lot!

Had to take two stars off due to my recent interaction at the drive through. The AI taking orders is wayyy too loud and is horrible at understanding what you're saying. I felt like I was yelling only for a real person to finally take over and fix it's mistakes. Next time I'm just telling the AI to give me a person or I'm leaving.
The automated drive through cant get orders right... CHECK YOU BAG before you leave because something is probably missing!!
