I typically go through the drive-through but today we decided to go inside. When we walked in, there was an upset customer complaining to the manager about his order being incorrect. The customer was very agitated, but the manager kept his cool and offered multiple resolution. I was surprised at the manager’s ability to calm the customer down who ended up leaving happy. I complemented the manager when our food was ready on his professionalism, and he explained that he was the district manager. I normally don’t think to leave reviews, but he went above and beyond

The reason why I give this location 1 star was because of what I witnessed today.. The store is understaffed and overworked. I went inside today and only ordered 2 rice & bean burritos and had to wait almost 20 minutes. I usually would say something but I seen with my own eyes there were only 3 people working with 8 of us inside and a bunch of cars in the drive thru. These poor employees deserve way better than this. I come to this location often and after seeing this today, I won’t be back and I hope these employees find somewhere else to go that treats them better.

Three regular tacos and one order of cinnamon twists...took over a dozen minutes.
The entire restaurant is out of sauce...and they were never going to mention it. No notice when I placed my order. No notice when handing me the food (minus the sauce I ordered). No mention of it at all until I went back to the counter after noticing the lack of sauce and asking for some

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Last 5 times I’ve been it’s been a 20+ minute wait and I put in a mobile order ever time. Tonight was a 45 minute wait. Last 3 times I’ve been missing items. This isn’t one of those times a customer is just saying something because they didn’t get their way. I’ve given this location many chances to do better and I’m finally giving up. It’s clear the General Manager and other managers don’t care because based off reviews for the past few months it’s been the same for others. I hope whoever the owner of this location is either makes management change or corporate takes over his or her location and changes things. If any higher up is reading this, don’t believe a word they say as an excuse. They tell people to park in parking spots to meet metrics and they mess orders up, make sloppy food, and have people waiting 20+ minutes.

Been waiting for 30 minutes in a drive through line that hasn't moved. Literally trapped, I would leave but I CAN'T without tearing up my car hopping over curbs. Do better!!
Got a grilled stuffed steak. Burrito added beans only thing I got with rice cheese and beans with sour cream. Second time happen won't go back there

THIS IS BY FAR THE SLOWEST TACO BELL IN THE AREA ONCE IT HITS 7pm-midnight. Nobody works, waited 45 mins and I couldn’t even back out of the drive thru.

why every time I come here I order at the drive-through and go to the window and then I get told I have to wait in a parking spot and I wait for like 20 minutes. I thought this was a fast food place.

Waited 42 mins for a mobile order.
Not once was I ever acknowledged while standing at the counter for 24 mins. Order was to be picked up at 9:04pm it wasn't until 930pm I went to the drive thru since drive thru was the only people getting service. Just to be told to pull up to the front to wait another 10 mins.

SLOWEST TACO BELL. They honestly may as well just close down at this point, why is it even open if you gotta wait over an hour in the drive through with a full staff? Food smelled so wierd too. if you’re around the van buren area go to the rawsonville location WAY BETTER
