They always give you a ton of sauce packets and then if you go there a week later, they're out of them!
Stopped mid-eating to make this review .. because WOAH.
I've seen the reviews &it made me nervous about ordering .. but the last 3 times, my order has been knocked out of the park. My tacos were so packed that I could have made another taco with the amount of filling that fell out. My nachos were so loaded that you could hardly see the chips. The amount of sauces they gave me was astronomical. The cinnamon twists were COVERED in cinnamon sugar. Everything was as if I was in the kitchen making it myself. My food was filled with so much food that I have leftovers for tomorrow. They were all delivery orders off of the Taco Bell app which I expected them to be less than because of that .. but that was far from the case. Anyway, maybe I got lucky every single time .. but I have ZERO complaints. I'm a happy girl.
Fresh food and fast service, amazing, friendly staff
After waiting in line a while and finally getting to the window the female giving us our food as beyond rude and disrespectful. We don’t pull up much before we realized they didn’t give us the right food. We pulled around and the line was extremely long and we weren’t going to wait again. We pulled along the cars at the window. After noticing us multiple times and refusing to answer us she finally answers. We say we have the wrong food and the an attitude says we have to pull around. We say we aren’t waiting in the line again but we ask if they will re make it. She says yes. After waiting at least 20 mins and refusing to pay attention to us again we finally scream are we making our food. She says with a bitchy attitude I told you had to pull around.
No!!! You said you were re making it. Worst service ever!!!

Chereace that works morning shift she is greatttt!!! Omg she made sure I was welcomed and I didn’t feel rushed the food was fantastic and done correctly literally every time she gives me a great experience. She needs to be GM or something because her and her team does very very well!!!

Never a good experience at this location. Most of the menu is unavailable. This item m is discontinued. That item is discontinued. Oh, sorry, that item is discontinued. Were out of that item... So why don't you get some cardboard and cover up these items on the menu. More than 3 items are not available anymore. Who the hell is running this location. I did not make a purchase. This location has been bad for a long time, not just sometimes. Do better.
The employees do their job but they are overwhelmed running doordash drive-thru and dine in. So there can be a bit of a delay up to 20 minutes to get your food but it is due to being under staffed

Went through the drive-thru, and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the speaker. Ended up driving off because nobody ever came to the speaker. Have no clue why taco bell uses the AI system now, it never adds the correct item, it’s impossible to add anything to your items. When you finally ask to talk to someone they are to lazy or care to take your order. We need taco bell to go back a couple years when the drive thru was a simple experience.
Absolutely blows my mind how awful this Taco Bell is — and it’s CONSISTENTLY awful. I’ve only ever had one good experience ordering from this store and have continued to give it chance after chance but I’m just so tired of wasting my money here and being frustrated.
My orders are never right whether I do delivery thru the app or go through the drive thru. Ingredients will be put on despite asking for them to be removed or completely skimped out on - or worse yet (and this seems to be on 95% of my orders) you’re just missing the bulk majority of your order or getting someone else’s order.
Trying to get a response through the store is like pulling teeth. I’ve called, emailed corporate (which, maybe I’m wrong, but maybe they’re franchised) and I never get a response. Only refunds I’ve ever gotten were if I place my order thru Doordash and not the actual TB app; and even then, DD has literally given me sass because I *always* have a problem at this location.
Everything about this place is just downright terrible. Food, attitude, customer service. Don’t waste your money here if you can help it.
Came here around 11pm. Was told they can't take my order, I must you their kiosk. I hate kiosks, I would much rather have human interaction, but I did it. Got my food rather quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn't so great. Got Dorrito tacos, and the shells were stale as could be.
Horrible from start to end. I ordered a #10 a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes. I clearly asked for not sour cream or tomatoes. I got lots of both. Then I asked for a strawberry and cream only slush and it was Baja breeze strawberry and cream. I had to “Pull up” to the door and wait for my special order with NO Sour cream or tomatoes only to have extra of both. Never again
I've been to this taco bell quite a bit recently and they only get my order correct about 50% of the time. Asked for no chipotle sauce, got no nacho cheese sauce. One order in the drive through I was shorted a soft taco. Another, I received a soda with bubbly water and no syrup. It's pretty sad. When they get it right, it's as can be expected for Taco Bell 🔔
