Ordered my food with a human associate and they still messed my order up ordered a #6 regular gave me a supreme and most the tacos were crushed all to hell 0/10 absolutely terrible place would not order again.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area, wait times are absurd when there is hardly any other customers. I’ve been given the wrong order/missing items several times. Go to the Taco Bell on Michigan ave, I’ve had way better experiences at that location

The AI Drive through is horrible. It asked me if everything was right 5 times. The old lady in front of me sat there for literally 5 minutes changing her order and getting confused until someone had to help her.

The area manager for this corporate location is the worst possible specimen of a human being, lacking in manners or integrity. This location WILL continue to fail as long as corporate employs horrible, incompetent upper management that lacks integrity or real healthy leadership skills.

Food was really good but I was refused service at the front counter and told the only way to get food was the kiosk, by the time I ordered at the kiosk and got my food, 1/2 of my 30 minute lunch brake was over.

Staff was ok and they are not slow but overall the kiosk experience was completely unnecessary.

Apparently will not give a pre ordered, pre paid, ready order to paramedics because their ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive thru and the manager won’t let them hand an order to someone not in a vehicle. 2 stars cause it sounds like the employee really tried to argue for them and felt bad. Really sucks for people who may not have had another chance for food for hours. Also, last I heard, they didn’t get a refund

I typically go through the drive-through but today we decided to go inside. When we walked in, there was an upset customer complaining to the manager about his order being incorrect. The customer was very agitated, but the manager kept his cool and offered multiple resolution. I was surprised at the manager’s ability to calm the customer down who ended up leaving happy. I complemented the manager when our food was ready on his professionalism, and he explained that he was the district manager. I normally don’t think to leave reviews, but he went above and beyond
