I called 11.1.20 to order a birthday cake for my grandson. Barbara, who answered the phone seemed very bothered....very long sigh. She asked, what are you trying to order. I explained a mini 2 tier sponge bob cake...another long sigh, then informed me, I would have to come in to place the order and put a deposit down for that kind of cake..I replied, since when? After another long sigh, she replied "I have to get my manager" she didn't place me on hold. Apparently...
