The cheesy bread was good- we had beer flights and a cocktail. Beer is traditional brew and the guys had a good time trying them. Service was slow but we had a good time.

Located outside Lansing Michigan,this brewery served unique styles of beers along with a few ciders and meads.
They also serve a wide variety of food options including GF and Vegan.
We went in a Thursday night and we're seated immediately. Our server Bella was super friendly and made a few beer suggestions for me as well. I had a flight of 5 beers and a cider. My favorite beer was their Sacred Maize.... a Peruvian Chicha Style beer.
We started with the Seoul Food Poutine which was crispy fries topped with braised beef,curds,fried egg and onions. Absolutely delicious but could have been hotter in temperature.
We split a GF Goat Cheese and sausage pizza. Unfortunately the first one they brought out was raw in the middle so we waited for a second one which was better but not great.
It might have been an off night for the kitchen but all in all a good variety of food options and interesting beers on tap.

Came here with my family because my daughter needs gluten free options. The quality of food absolutely blew me away. This place has food that is made by people who know what they are doing...and CARE about what they are doing. BEST EVER chips and queso...BEST ever drunken noodles. My son-in-law raved about the burger and my grand kids loved the pizza. WELL-DONE Archival Brewing...I will be back!!!!

In the search for restaurants serving actual food scratch made food led us to try out this brewery. First off, the beers are pretty good. Well, actually really good. I’ve tried most over a few visits and only had a couple that weren’t my style. But that’s a preference thing. The food we have tried has all been great, from apps, pizzas, to entrees. There is a lot of outside seating if that’s your jam. The girls we’ve had for service have all been great and super friendly. It’s now in our regular rotation.

I have been coming to Archival since 2021 and have absolutely loved the biergarden. I had a poor time here tonight due to the service. The bartender and server, Sarah, was very short and rude with us when we were trying to order. They were out of 3 beers tonight. She did not offer any recommendations or apologize for the inconvenience. My partner wanted a bloody Mary and on the website menu it mentioned it came with bacon. Sarah said absolutely not. My partner also wanted coffee since it was listed on the desert menu. Sarah said absolutely not. The attitude was palpable. This used to be one of my favorite places... especially the view with the fall leaves. I am going to hesitate to come back.
