“The ice cream is delicious (I love the Sorta Sweet salted caramel bourbon with toffee), the staff is friendly and quick, the portions generous, the prices are fair, and the location is ideal for stopping in during a bike ride in from the White Pine Trail.
The parking lot is often crowded with kids, because it's a place for people more than for cars, but it's only ~100 yards from the Rogue River Park trailhead lot at 6252 Belmont Rd. Park there and walk in, a tiny bit of activity makes the ice cream taste better!”

“Every time I’ve been here the experience was amazing. They opened their doors to our church for a fellowship brunch and Kenny did an awesome job! The pizza taste so good, especially the Pickle pizza. Definitely recommend trying it out.”

“Everything at Gin Gin’s is top notch; from the food to the service to the atmosphere. It is easily the best restaurant in GR! Downside is that it’s hard to get in. You have to get there at open if you don’t have a reservation and if you need a reservation I’d recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially on the weekends.”

We didn't realize that our favorite thing there wasn't popular enough to retain as a menu item when Leo's changed hands. “My wife and enjoyed our 55th anniversary with dinner at Amore'. Chef Jenna visited every table in our area and asked about every course we ordered. This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. From the waiter, the live music, our beverages, and Jenna's attention paid to all, the best meal ever.”

“This restaurant came recommend to me as the best steakhouse in Grand Rapids. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly (Kathryn) and answered all my questions. The atmosphere is perfect for a fancy date. Very romantic setting to impress. I don't drink alcohol and they had an alcohol free 0% Giasen Merlot which was exquisite. I started with French Onion Soup and Cheese Popover Muffins. For an entree, I had Australian Rib Lamb Chops with a Mint Demi Glase. For a side, I enjoyed Brussels Sprouts with Honey Dijon Mustard Sause. Everything exceeded my expectations and the Merlot paired nicely with the Lamb Chops. I highly recommend the Chop House as a must visit dining destination in the heart of Grand Rapids.”

We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. Great experience. Will definitely be going back there.”

“Took 70minutes for the line at 430 on Saturday, So plan ahead. The fries with salt and special sauce are excellent. Burgers were just a smash burger to me. Got the classic triple and a double. Their version of a coke was a nice for a 1 time thing.”
