Crowded. Good fast food but if you order on the app, they won’t start your order until you get here which makes it… well, not fast food. So now we are in a massive line because even though I ordered ahead, they didn’t start it until I showed up and told them to start it??
This Chik-Fil-A location blew us away with an amazing meal and outstanding service!! Caleb and Lilly’s shining smiles lit up our dining experience and served us with such a positive and kind attitude. The clean and tidy tables are adorned with fresh flowers, such a nice touch that even the fanciest restaurants oftentimes skimp on. Of course, the food was also incredible. I had a great dinner at the Chick Fil A here in Benton Harbor today. I dined in and I had no idea up to now that Chick Fil A will seat you, take your order at the table, and then deliver your drink and food to you at the table. Everything came out super fast and everything was high-quality- the spicy deluxe sandwich meal was excellent. The staff were professional and courteous, and I was impressed, looking around and seeing everything, clean and orderly. The bathroom was clean...
