I’ve been wanting to check Emma Hearth for about four years now and my only regrets were not stopping by sooner and not ordering more for later! The seasonal greens altaglio and pepperoni altaglio (Sicilian style) were delicious. The thick, airy crust was exactly what I wanted and it’s so satisfying when I hear that crisp, crunching sound on every bite.

Just found myself back in Bridgman and made a point of going back to Emma’s. If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out. Simply the best pizza I’ve ever had. Fresh grown herbs and spices (grown locally) that make this place absolute stand out. Can’t wait until they’re able to “fire up” the EMMA.

Had an incredible night out with the wife. Fantastic mushroom truffle pizza, but the real standout was the meatball plate with focaccia bread. The bread was perfect - crispy in all the right ways, complimented by the marinara. The meatballs were made with fennel, giving them a quality similar to Italian sausage.
