Slow service but that's because they're understaffed. Stop being greedy, u need more than 2-3 ppl to run a kfc during dinner time! Seriously! For as much as you charge, and i know how much that food is marked up too. I used to manage a kfc. I know at the time you paid 39 cents for a breast that you sold for $2.99!
Now stop being greedy, pay your employees better, and get it staffed right.
A good experience brings customers back!

Every time I go there the breast are really dry and I can't even eat them. You can see it's overcooked. Need to take it out a minute or two earlier, timers must be off or people aren't taking it out fast enough when the timers go off. Possible to eat it if you got iron teeth. So pissed that I get two pieces and I live like 20 minutes away. I ate the skin only. It's so dry and tough I seriously can't even eat it.

No French fries!! No bbq sauce and no new cherry pie tarts, where signs are everywhere promoting them! Very disappointed. They just gave people mashed potatoes and gravy instead of FF - didnt even mention, so many drive thru people came back in complaining ?
