first time I went at 530 in the am bc my local spot didn't have my brew any more, my usual latte order was perfect. then the next two times they charged me for an extra shit that they didn't add. when I tasted my latte and mentioned to the woman at the window that there wasn't a third shot, she offered to give me the shot separately. when you are paying like 8.60 for a drink I think that's a little offensive. won't be back.
Barista named Terra was at the drive thru. Sweetest person ever, made us laugh and gave us a great experience in just the two minutes we were there. Definitely would come back again just to get Terra’s service!
