Some of our food had obviously been sitting out for hours and that’s was disappointing but when the fryers were out and I count get my fries they made it right! Well done to the employee who did so, just throw out food that’s been sitting out too long.
I get it, food service sucks; but when I go through the drive through get greeted like you’re an inconvenience to them for even daring to order at this location I’d at least expect there not be ACTUAL METAL SHAVINGS IN MY FOOD. It’s really disappointing, I’m broke but I gotta eat to get through my job too, now I wasted $6 because I know they won’t bother with a refund at this one.
The Taco Bell in Benton Harbor is decent for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are mostly accurate. The food tasted okay, nothing special, but it did the job. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru moved at a decent pace. It’s a convenient spot if you’re craving Taco Bell and don’t want to wait too long.
