Over the last couple of years I feel like the service and quality I have received has really gone up. also haven't seen employees yelling or fighting with each other in years either.
Some of our food had obviously been sitting out for hours and that’s was disappointing but when the fryers were out and I count get my fries they made it right! Well done to the employee who did so, just throw out food that’s been sitting out too long.
I get it, food service sucks; but when I go through the drive through get greeted like you’re an inconvenience to them for even daring to order at this location I’d at least expect there not be ACTUAL METAL SHAVINGS IN MY FOOD. It’s really disappointing, I’m broke but I gotta eat to get through my job too, now I wasted $6 because I know they won’t bother with a refund at this one.
