My family likes to try local (new to us) pizza gems every Friday. We tried the flying pig this week and it didnt disappoint. Pictured is a 4 topping with pepperoni, ham, bacon and sausage.
A nice little quiet diner tucked away. It's super easy to order. Nice amount of toppings with the right amount of sauce. I just ordered a double pepperoni pizza. The crust was good, and the right amount of chew to the dough. I personally would have liked the dough to be cooked just a little bit longer and maybe some garlic butter on the crust. but that is a personal preference. I definitely will be trying one of their sandwiches. But a definitely go back for pizza...
