super friendly staff and can accommodate for allergies!! a lot of the time i can’t eat at smoothie places bc their bases are premade with banana which i am allergic to, but everything is made to order and is easily customized!!

This place is what St. Joe and Benton Harbor have been missing for a long time. Legit healthy focused smoothies. No nonsense, just clean, delicious smoothies. My wife and I have been waiting for this type of option for 8+ years. My favorite, hands down is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake. A little guilty pleasure, but packed with the right stuff to start the day.

I’m so glad this is here! It’s always a beautiful thing when people we admire from our little community provide healthy treats like these. Hayden and the young woman who served me were kind and helpful on suggestions. I’ll happily go back to this place. I’m so pleased they opened another too!
