Stopped here two mornings in a row because the coffee and espresso were that good. I love supporting local coffee shops, and this one had such a quirky, welcoming vibe. The staff was super friendly, and the muffins were exactly what we needed to kick off our days of exploring. Some of the drinks leaned a little sweet for my taste, but the quality and flavor were still great. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
If you’re looking for an authentic local spot, with a cozy vibe that’s not another cookie cutter coffee chain, this is your place. Great coffee from Higher Grounds (Traverse city) and local baked goods. You won’t be disappointed

I watched the construction of a new coffee shop in BENZONIA two years ago. I finally was in town when it was opened and stopped by to check it out (and also stop in to The Cherry Hut for pie).
