I can comfortably state that this is generally some of the best ice cream in Metro Detroit. Top five. The reason is that they offer a dairy-free option that is more than tasty. In fact, I have driven six or 7 miles out of my way just to purchase when I’m in the mood for ice cream.Their choices change over the years, but generally they have had chocolate and vanilla options made out of both soy and/or rice milk. If you choose, you can then add any ingredients just like any other traditional dairy product. Although this may sound small, this is still difficult to find at a reasonable price.Even though it is approximately 1/2 drive-through and 1/2 window service, the employees move swiftly. Pricing is what you would expect within our local community, so it is fair and reasonable. If you are in the Berkley area and anyone in your group appreciates a non-dairy choice, this is an awesome option.Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of nondairy options from year to year.Kid-friendliness: Sundays and sprinkles for kids

Attempted to grab some ice cream on my way home (ended up walking away). The woman working was extremely rude, this is quite unusual as the staff is normally welcoming and great. Really turns me away from coming back, will just stop in Royal Oak from now on.

I've driven past this place so many times before finally trying it. Now my family and I are hooked! It's ten times better than Dairy Queen and most other ice cream shops with great service! They're like the Chick-fil-A of ice cream shops! Friendly greetings are consistent no matter what time you go! I have zero complaints!

Love, love, love the dairy free soft serve!! Caramel sundae made with the almond swirl is my fav. Customer service is good, no complaints. And they actually stay open until their posted closing time, 10pm, which is awesome for a late night treat after dinner. I go here often, highly recommend.

They serve vegan ice cream. Their vegan ice cream tastes the best compared to other soft serve vegan places. It tastes the most like dairy ice cream. As a matter of fact, I had to ask if they mixed my ice cream up with the dairy option. Finally, they offer approximately 20 different soft serve vegan options.
