I was here on Tuesday Feb 3rd. The older lady acted like she had an attitude & just impatient. That's ok with me cuz i can over look that. What I didnt like was your 7up lemon pound cake. It was like cornbread & it crumbled up like cornbread. At $8 for those slices isnt right. The cake should've been fresher starting at the beginning of the week. I spent $40 dollars & really nothing was good to me but the 2 cups- 2 scoops of superman & lemon ice-cream. My daughter said the banana parfait was just ok, she wouldn't want it again. My son said his strawberry cheesecake was really good.

The BT Bakery cake was good. I recently got a strawberry cake with pink butter cream icing. It was more than enough icing. The birthday kid loved how the cake was decorated. After the party of 8 people, we only had a few slices of our 6 inch 3 layer cake left. I would order from them again.

The staff was friendly. I was sad to get home and find out that all the cheesecakes were regular cheesecakes from COSTCO with just toppings added, and the mouse cake slice was also from COSTCO. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew they weren't making it in-store. VERY DISAPPOINTED

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE šIām honestly heartbroken about my experience here. I ordered a dozen cupcakesāhalf blue and half pinkāfor my gender reveal. I repeated this several times over the phone because I wanted the moment to be special and truly a surprise. When I arrived, every single cupcake was blue. Not half and halfājust blue, with a tiny dash of pink on top. Because of that, the surprise was basically ruined. The whole point was that I wouldnāt know the gender until the reveal which was supposed to be inside the cupcake. But the second I saw the cupcakes, I already knew it was a boy. I didnāt even get the chance to have that emotional moment I had planned and waited for. This wasnāt a complicated order, and I made myself very clear. Itās incredibly disappointing that something so important and meaningful to me was handled with such little attention to detail. I left feeling upset instead of excited, and thatās not something I can ever get back. I wonāt be returning, and I hope they take more care with other peopleās special moments.

This place is bottom of the barrel. Lisa, the older lady who works the counter is the worst. I have been frequenting this place since they opened and had no clientele whatsoever. I went in to order a cake for my daughters 6th Birthday. I told the lady I wanted a 9 inch strawberry lemonade flavored cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting. She said let me call the owner to verify that we can make it. I waited in store for an hour patiently while she helped other customers(a lady and her daughter who purchased a carmel cupcake and asked for more icing and purchased an ice cream cone for her child, another lady with dreads who purchased a supermam cone and a greeting card, and an older lady who bought a vegan cupcake out of the markdown freezer).I told her I wanted it exactly the way they make their pound cake. She called and verified that they could make it and informed me that it would be a $5 extra fee for the flavor on such short notice. I paid for the cake in full ($80). At 3:37 pm the day before my daughters party they call to tell me they can't make the cake the way I asked, verified they could make,and paid in full for. I told the owner that I would like a refund he hung up on me. Lisa the rude older lady at the front calls me back and ask when am I going to be coming. When I arrived she snatched the receipt from me and gave me an envelope in it with my refund. I requested that she provide me with receipt because I had another purchase that I made on the receipt, she refused and told me that it's theirs for their records. I left because my blood was boiling and although Lisa was extremely rude I didn't want to disrespect my elders. I will never frequent this place again and I don't recommend anyone ordering a cake for a special occasion do so either unless you want to be let down. How will I explain to my daughter that I couldn't get her favorite cake she wanted instead we had to settle for store bought cake or cupcakes?
Picture quality isn't the best, but the taste quality was there.The Oreo cupcake was Moist, sweet & yummy.
Oh and go get the strawberry pretzel icecream! š sooo good!

We definitely loved the taste of our cake but what was not to our liking is it was absolutely tooooo much icing they filled in where the cake fell and that drowned the cake that tasted so good so the icing made it not as enjoyable as it could have been and it is disappointing to pay 200 dollars for globs of icing

Okay so I've passed this bakery plenty of times and decided to stop because pizza cat is my jam and its right next door. First I will say that it is very clean and smells good. The cupcakes are decorated quite nice but however the the cupcakes are overpriced. I decided to buy 4 cupcakes for $22.00 even though over priced the presentation was very inviting, 2 slices of cake one for 10.99 the other half off, and a pint of lemon bar ice cream for i believe 7 and some change. I never paid that much in a bakery but I thought it may be worth it giving the cleanliness and presentation but boy was I wrong.
1. THE CUPCAKES- OREO, BANANA PUDDING, GERMAN CHOCOLATE, AND STRAWBERRY CRUNCH- VERY VERY VERY DRY! THE FILLING IN THE INSIDE OF THE STRAWBERRY WAS DISGUSTING. THE FILLING IN THE BANANA PUDDING CUPCAKE WAS NOT SO GREAT. 2. CAKE SLICES- GERMAN CHOCOLATE AND SUPERMAN. THE SUPERMAN CAKE WAS KIND OF DRY BUT THE ICING HELP WITH THAT. I GIVE THE CAKE 6/10.
