Worst DQ in the state of Michigan. Way overpriced at this location and poor quality. Sprinkles on a small cone is additional $2! Blizzards with nothing in them. Ice cream is watery, not the typical smooth DQ soft serve. Hope this place shapes up! Definitely take the extra 5 minute drive to Troy DQ at Maple & Coolidge and skip this Berkley location.
My go to for a sweet treat
Ordered a Birthday Cake for our daughter’s 15th birthday days in advanced. Confirmation emails said cake would be ready at 5pm the day of.
I’m here now and the staff looked shocked when I said I was here to pick up an ice cream cake. Obviously it wasn’t ready.
The kid with the pony tail is busting his ass to make it on the fly, that’s why I didn’t give it 1 star
It was good 👍🏽
My wife and I ordered two large vanilla cones that cost 10.16 cents and they survived them like The leaning tower of babel, they both fell in our laps as we were trying to eat them. That is the worst Dairy Queen in the state of Michigan. They need to be sent to daily queen school to learn how to make a come that’s not leaning over plus the Dairy Queen twist on top that’s famous for “ the owner should go there and see what they doing I’m never going back there again’ !
They messed up both of our orders after we told them atleast 5 times exactly what we wanted. We only ordered two blizzards.
Great birthday cake for my birthday
Thanks
Yummy!!!
Good service I Love ice cream. 🍦 🍨😊👍🏾👍🏾
If you want to wait in the takeout line for 45 minutes, try to talk to the manager who shuns you, deal with mean teens or get your ice cream at a dirty, messy and chaotic store, then the Berkley, Michigan store is for you!
Came a long distance for a blizzard because their business hours currently show them open until midnight. Shocker, they did not honor said business hours & cut the drive thru light off on me.
Disappointed because this location was one of my favorites in the area. Closing early is understandable, but given the store lights remained on & ONLY turned off after I waited patiently in the drive thru for several minutes was…..…harsh.
If you intend on visiting this location anytime this summer, I would recommend calling ahead to verify their business hours or you may want to anticipate having your time waisted.

The people who were working today at 8 pm did a good job of handling a rude customer. The lady was trying to get free ice cream for her kids.
Only option is drive-thru now, other than that it’s decent
They don't participate in most of the promotional items or days. They don't have the new cookie crunch cones despite the picture being on the wall, and they had hand written signs all over the building saying they don't participate in the free cone giveaway.
No free cones on free cone day is quite disappointing.
No free cones 😔
