They don't participate in most of the promotional items or days. They don't have the new cookie crunch cones despite the picture being on the wall, and they had hand written signs all over the building saying they don't participate in the free cone giveaway.

Took my grandkids for a free vanilla cone that was advertised on the news today for 1st day of Spring and there was a sign inside that said No free cones and the cashier said this location wasn't participating. Plus their prices have really gone up. A small cone is $4.40 and $1.69 for sprinkles. $22 for two cones with sprinkles abd two medium ice cream!

Worst location of ALL Dairy Queens! By far! Never have anything in stock. Most employees are ridiculously clueless how to make anything there or what they have available.

ordered three cones and was the only one in line and waited about 10 minutes to receive them because the young lady set them down and turned her back to the window to continue gossiping with two other employees

I went to this location and ordered a large Butterfinger and Heath Blizzard. When the young lady went to hand it to me, she did not turn it upside down to show me that it would not fall out of the cup. I said, “It’s free!” The young lady looked confused, so I repeated myself, and explained Dairy Queen’s policy. The man behind her said that they do not do that at that location.
That is disappointing, but not as disappointing as the Blizzard itself. There was barely any Butterfinger or Heath in the Blizzard.
As a Texan, I appreciate DQs everywhere. This is the only one that I have ever come across that does not honor the long time tradition. And, on top of that, the product was subpar. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this location.

Extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional. Me and my family came in and we’re surprised to find out the lobby was closed considering we where the only ones there, none the less we got in the car to go thru the drive thru, we tried to order multiple blizzards but after adding each one was told the total and to pull around after arriving at the window it was visible that surrounding areas where quit messy not to mention our order was wrong. instead of correcting there mistake they simply added what was missing to the top making the blizzards spill over the cup and quit messy. Super disappointing.

He what I can only assume is clocked in on the cash register, gave all his coworkers/bros a high five then immediately started to prepare an order. There was no washing of the hands nor were there any gloves. The entire area (what I could see from where I was) was filthy. Not messy, filthy. It does not seem as if it has been cleaned or sanitized in a long time. It's been years since I've been to this DQ and now I remember why. I am not impressed.

Our usual go-to spot with impeccable service and amazing ice cream under performed tonight. We ordered a blizzard and a strawberry milkshake. Outside of the slow wait in the drive-thru, the milkshake was terrible and had very little ice cream. It also had pieces of what looked like sponge cake in it?! Not good.
