I'm giving food and service a 3 stars bc as my son and I were standing waiting for our order, a young man walked in for his shift. He what I can only assume is clocked in on the cash register, gave all his coworkers/bros a high five then immediately started to prepare an order. There was no washing of the hands nor were there any gloves. The entire area (what I could see from where I was) was filthy. Not messy, filthy. It does not seem as if it has been cleaned or sanitized...

I been to many dairy queens in many states and they been awesome. But now not all places the younger working employees either have no good work ethic not good training or no care. No matter what covid, or any other excuse, service and knowing how to work is very vital and hopefully it will get better.
