Very Rude…I could not even order…no one would help me. They have no menu knowledge bad service

The food got me severely sick and the manager was just awful terrible customer service couldn’t comprehend a single thing I had tried telling him don’t recommend this place

A few things. First, the staff were very rude. I asked a staff member where is the carryout and he looked at me and just walked away. Upon getting to the counter the man (who i assume is the owner for how old he was) was obnoxiously rude and had an attitude the whole time. I just wanted to leave, and at that point I knew i was not coming back. Second, after opening the food it looked terrible, the steak was cut like the “carne asada” that really is tongue, as well as forgot one of the rices i ordered. Do not go here, if I could go back I would have just driven to southwest detroit.

It's okay. Not my usual go to. Tex Mex, not authentic Mexican food in my opinion. Good salsa. Could use more seasoning.

Place was a mixed bag, with the atmosphere lively and the service decent. Food was just not good, bland. The chicken burrito and the chicken enchilada tasted the same, with the same, boiled chicken breast and no seasoning. Nothing seemed fresh. Rice dry, though beans were good. Salsa was good too. Food prices were low, but you get what you pay for I guess.

I told the waitress to please not add extremely vegetable oil to the Veggies Fajitas, just a little bit of oil. But they brought me heavy, greasy Fajitas. I can't eat them. I was disappointed. I took them home to rinse the oil out with water. Oil is not suitable for health, is high in fat and calories, and is bad for heart disease. They didn't have much vegan options on the menu.

Vegetarian options: Hey owner and manager, please add vegan friendly on the menu. Less greasy or oil to the food. Offer vegan cheese and sour cream.

I know high quality ground beef when it see it and their Ground beef seems low grade, same as Taco Bell’s I could have eaten there if I wanted cheap low grade meat.

IF YOU ORDER PICKUP FROM THEIR WEBSITE WHICH IS DOOR DASH, THEY WILL NOT MAKE YOUR FOOD. LIE AND TELL YOU A DOOR DASH DRIVER PICKED IT UP. WHEN YOU CALL DOORDASH THEY WILL TELL DOOR DASH NOBODY CAME TO PICKUP THE FOOD. THEY HUNG ME OUT FOR ABOUT $40. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY.

First time - last time. Got my order, found that my nacho supreme was missing. Called the store because they were about to close. The person that answered couldn't find my name in the system that was just picked up 20 minutes prior for some odd reason.

Large Margarita was, in fact, quite large...
Tacos were delicious, and the Mexican rice side dish was greatly sized for the price.

I had bone shards in my chicken burrito. When I brought it to the waiters attention, he acted like that's not what it was. I sent it back and said I wasn't going to pay for it. The bill came and still had the burrito on it. I told the waiter and he told me to tell the cashier. I didn't go back for a while after that. The last straw was my last visit where they told me you can only have 1 refill on your pop and have to pay for a new one after that. Unreal. Such a shame because the Sterling Heights location has always been a favorite of ours and this location and building gave it such great potential.

Ordered a super burrito and got a small burrito

This is the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. I was really hoping for a good restaurant in the neighborhood. This isn't it. I've been twice.. terrible both times. The restaurant is nice, food is gross.
