Sadly my go-to pizza spot has changed. My last three experiences have been terrible. Ordered pepperoni and bacon - see pics for two pieces with on pepperoni on each and no noticeable bacon. Previous order was similar. Order before that was a delivery that was never made “because they didn’t have a driver and no door dashers responded” BUT THEY DIDNT CALL TO TELL ME THIS. I could’ve picked it up had I known but when I called 45 mins after ordering I was told the pizzas had been sitting there waiting for over a half hour. Worse yet - I don’t know her name - but the manager was indifferent and didn’t care to try to fix or address any of my issues each time! I love Jets, Green Lantern, Dominos, and even Little Caesars - so at least we have other, much better, options. Sad to see them take such a terrible turn for the worse.

I've never had a issue with H.H.Pizza until tonight not only they got my order wrong but you are gonna stand there argue with me and tell me you are gonna charge me more I'll still go to H.H. Pizza just not this one for awhile they handled it bad.

I ordered a timed delivery order as a Valentine’s Day gift, and this location couldn’t deliver it anywhere near the correct time. I called 15 minutes after it was due, and I was rudely told it was in the oven and will be there when it can be. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I ordered 3 subs. My bread was undercooked on all. Tasted doughy.
This used to be my go to location. However, I tried to call today, and the cashier was extremely rude on the phone and basically told me to call the call center. I prefer speaking to the restaurant that I am ordering from and not some random call center with accents I do not understand . Done ordering here.

They use DoorDash for deliveries which I was not aware of at the time of ordering delivery. I won’t be ordering delivery from them again. The Hungry Howies tracker said the order was on its way and it took at least 20 minutes to get here, which I imagine is due to the food being delivered by DoorDash and making it multiple stops before mine, because it should not take 20 minutes from leaving the store to get to my house. Food arrived lukewarm, I imagine DoorDash doesn’t have the bags to keep it warm? Missing a sauce that I paid extra for. It’s a no for me.

Immaculate… absolute cinema. As I walked into the store, Mr Howie came out and hand fed me some sweet hand tossed pepperoni pizza and kissed my hand. At least that’s how it felt as I went into the store and experienced the revolutionary and hope bringing atmosphere. The laughter, the cheers, and the jolliness cheered me up after my wife and her boyfriend asked me to divorce. I would come again no joke

Had a large order on Halloween. I ordered at 4:15 online for a 5:45 pickup. I arrived at the store at 5:46 and was told it would be another hour, at least. I had a very disappointed group of teenagers at my house. Hungry Howie’s ruined Halloween.
