I ordered a timed delivery order as a Valentineās Day gift, and this location couldnāt deliver it anywhere near the correct time. I called 15 minutes after it was due, and I was rudely told it was in the oven and will be there when it can be. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

This used to be my go to location. However, I tried to call today, and the cashier was extremely rude on the phone and basically told me to call the call center. I prefer speaking to the restaurant that I am ordering from and not some random call center with accents I do not understand . Done ordering here.

They use DoorDash for deliveries which I was not aware of at the time of ordering delivery. I wonāt be ordering delivery from them again. The Hungry Howies tracker said the order was on its way and it took at least 20 minutes to get here, which I imagine is due to the food being delivered by DoorDash and making it multiple stops before mine, because it should not take 20 minutes from leaving the store to get to my house. Food arrived lukewarm, I imagine DoorDash doesnāt have the bags to keep it warm? Missing a sauce that I paid extra for. Itās a no for me.

Immaculateā¦ absolute cinema. As I walked into the store, Mr Howie came out and hand fed me some sweet hand tossed pepperoni pizza and kissed my hand. At least thatās how it felt as I went into the store and experienced the revolutionary and hope bringing atmosphere. The laughter, the cheers, and the jolliness cheered me up after my wife and her boyfriend asked me to divorce. I would come again no joke

Had a large order on Halloween. I ordered at 4:15 online for a 5:45 pickup. I arrived at the store at 5:46 and was told it would be another hour, at least. I had a very disappointed group of teenagers at my house. Hungry Howieās ruined Halloween.

I'm done with this place. EVERY time you try to order between five and six they don't answer, or they put you on hold. I was on hold for six mins hung up, called back waited another 3 mins to have a guy finally answer and tell me my phone number won't come up. So, I offered my # and he was completely helpless and said I couldn't order because my phone # didn't come up?? I told him I'd be calling the store owner because it's a total hassle EVERY time I try to order. EVERY time. I'm done. You lost a customer.

But came in to get my order and no one was at the register (nbd) but this kid was in the back staring up at a TV and I could hear the movie Super Troopers playing and he was just staring up at it 3 feet from me for several minutes, not looking at me or acknowledging my existence as he watched his movie. I had to yell out āis someone going to help me?ā After 5 minutes of standing in the lobby. Owner might want to reconsider having a tv back there for your crew to ignore customers with
