I'm going to give them another 5 star review. I have several metro Detroit Jets locations that I consider my favorite but, this is the one I am most likely to travel the furthest out of the way to pick up pizza. They have never disappointed me other than maybe once they forget to to turbo charge my crust. Perfect pizza every time from this location. Don't bother asking for extra cheese at this location. It's already on there. And their slices are simply amazing! Keep it up Jets of Berkley. You are the best location by far.

I ordered a pizza on line from jets on coolage for delivery it arrived about 15 mins later it's impossible to cook a pizza and deliver it that fast when I opened it I saw why. it's ice cold the crust is as hard as brick called the manager he insists it was made to order..save your money in get pizza somewhere else don't buy this garbage ?️

When my friend and I were ordering food, I had asked one of the cashiers how much was a drink, and he said the price. And so, I only had a few dollars so I was thinking if I would have enough and so when I came to my conclusion about 5 seconds later, the cashier cut me off and asked “So are you going to get a drink or not?” very rudely. I said no, but I saw he might have been annoyed of me. It was very rude and I didn’t appreciate it whatsoever.
I went into Jets on Coolidge. I watched the cooks drop a box on the floor three times. They put my pizza in the same box. I called them out in it, and the kid lied to my face that he didn’t do it. Talked to the manager. He didn’t seemed surprised or even concerned. He did refund my money. Never again will I order from there again. Capri pizza on Greenfield is where I went after this experience. — at Jet's Pizza.

Worst service I’ve gotten. I ordered pizza and they gave me breadsticks which I didn’t realize until I got home. They wouldn’t deliver the order remake so I had to drive all the way back and instead of refunding me for my trouble they rudely said I could have the refund or the pizza. Will never order from this location again.

Food was fine, delivery driver was rude. Didn't announce his name or the company when he called me to say he was lost. He tried to tell me the order said it was for a house. The receipt clearly said apartment. I was in the middle of explaining where to go when he hung up on me. I thought they'd be more thoughtful, as I tipped well online. I had to walk up to locate the vehicle, and nothing labeled it as Jets Pizza. Thank God it was still light out.
