I cannot give this place less than 5 stars. The Jet’s pizza slice is the absolute best in the business, with perfect iterations of crust, dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni and the ratio of each of things put together. It is bar none the best slice in the industry and every time I visit the US from Canada, I patron a Jet’s. The perfection of this slice and its location atop the perch as my favourite slice has not been remotely threatened by either a Canadian or American business. All hail pizza!

Yesterday 7/8/2024 my family and I order two pizza, a brownie and boneless wings total coming up to 56.98 the pizza was hard burnt and the toppings were not fresh and very old tasting. It was very disappointing to be served such a nasty pizza. I mean the pizza was burnt to a crisp. The brownie was hard as well I did try to return the pizza but was not allowed to I had to throw it away and basically waste my money. Horrible. This location has never fix a pizza delicious to me in my opinion. Next time I will go the Southfield road location.

Been patronizing this jets for the past two years within the last six months every order has yielded a problem. The staff is unengaged when you come in and rude and short when you call. I called to make them aware of the problem with my order and treat it as though I am the issue.

Jets is my favorite favorite I always order Jet10 with no sauce and add peppers and it's the best every time don't matter what store I go to it's always fantastic
ordered dinner last night puzzas and salad. salad was fine however, this time and twice prior my Pizzas seem to be well done. well done to the point the pepperoni was hard and unpalatable, the veg was the same. While we enjoy crispy crust, the crust was crusty to the point our gums hurt. weve always enjoyed Jets Berkley mich for many years however, there are several other pizza brands in my area. im concerned with quality and consistancy.

Always the same great pizza with each visit! Always perfectly cooked as it should be (I always go for the Detroit style, of course). Perfect balance of ingredients. Grateful for the seamless experience of texting in my order, and getting a discount by doing so! Delightful service from staff. Order always received in the expected window of time and is always hot and fresh. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Just throw in arugula as a topping, hot honey even maybe, and that’d guarantee my lifelong addiction! Haha
