Highly disappointed in my first experience with pita way. Place has a lot of hype but what I received is literal not worth any dollar amount. Large garlic costing 12 bucks and not getting pita bread with it is beyond wild. This burnt super Dearborn that’s the size of a regular shawarma is probably the worst thing I’ve ever seen sent out of any restaurant. Don’t waste your money because that large rice doesn’t even fill the bowl which is crazy for 7 bucks. My children had to eat burnt chicken tenders, which they did but how hard is it to make chicken tenders that aren’t dark brown??? Will never spend my money on this or any location of pita way. I’ll be nice and say this place is disgraceful to the cooking industry and the owner/workers should not only feel shame but they should just close up shop. Can’t put into words how mad I am working the hours I work to spend my money on trash.

Horrible experience they where busy I guess 6 ppl in line. I got the legacy bowl with fatoush and dill on it the employee put sauce on half my bowl dill half my bowl fatoush and charge me 75 cents to put splash of chipotle . Hall road,chesterfield, and this location are 0 for 9 my last 9 bowls woodheaven location and mound never let me down smh team meeting!! 😂😂😂🫶 🐐

Food was pretty good. The pita was better than the bowl and usually I’m a bowl person but we liked how they used sumac on the outside of the sandwich. Gave it good flavor. The fire fries were the only thing we didn’t enjoy, they weren’t spicy at all but the rest was good.

Multiple orders, and multiple times not delivering with pita bread, with specifically order with pita bread. One time can understand, but this was three times in a row. This last order had ordered an additional 2 pita breads and sauce separately and receive 0/3 for the order.

I came to this location for the super dearborn chicken Shawarma free giveaway. The portion was big, the pita was crispy, the chicken had great char flavor, had alot of pickles. But the big miss was there was no garlic sauce in the shawarma... that's one of my favorite ingredients for a Shawarma.
Your team was very busy and working hard, very friendly and the manager had everything organized and ready for the 100 people. All 100 was in and out by 10:40. Great service.
But next time I'm coming for that garlic sauce!! Lol

I was very underwhelmed, it was just an average sandwich. I didn't care for the intense up selling by the sandwich maker the price was roughly 20% higher van comparable restaurants in the area. I think there could have been more meat for a $12 sandwich I probably won't go back
