I got this DoorDashed today for lunch. I had ground spicy tuna and spicy tuna (so chunks). The Spicy Tuna chunks had an off taste to them as if it had gone bad so I didn’t finish as I didn’t want to get sick. This may be a one off but I wanted the location to know because a I’ve had food from there before (usually the ground spicy tuna) with no issues.
If you order online, you are going to get WAY less protein than if you go in. Also, they are so light with the sauce that you wont even be able to taste it.
The food is great but unfortunately I will not be going to this location anymore even though it’s the closest one to me. I have had the same girl with dark brown curly hair and freckles help me and she is very rude and acts annoyed that someone came in to get anything at all, terrible experience both times so I’ll be going somewhere else for now on since she doesn’t want customers.

Update:
I can admit when I was wrong, I tried this place again and asked them not to mix the ingredients in the bowl. Results were fantastic. I ordered the volcano bowl with white rice, spicy tuna, salmon, and tuna chunks, add mango no carrots. Great but Spicy! I also tried all of the brand new items: delicious Korean Bulgogi bowl; sushi bombs in spicy tuna & tuna chunk (favorite bite - perfect size to satisfy sushi craving); chicken Caesar salad (straightforward and unexpectedly good); and lastly a green tea with new passionfruit boba pearls. Everything tasted so fresh, tried mango lemonade with strawberry Boba and this time was not too sweet. Plus the service was incredible. Shout out to Francis for being so generous.

I have been meaning to try this place and was finally convinced when I saw someone walk out with a fresh Boba tea.
We walk in, were greeted by the staff and I explained this was my first time there. They explained the premade bowls and process as being like chipotle where we pick a base, select protein/ mix-in’s, and then toppings- except 1 key detail. I ordered 2 regular bowls - a volcano bowl and a custom tuna. I chose the volcano bowl based off of the picture of everything being separated. I’m a “don’t mix peas and mashed potatoes” type of girl.
The selection of fish and toppings looked fresh but I wasn’t happy to have cold food mixed into warm rice or heavy sauced. Imagine if someone at chipotle took all of the cold toppings/sour cream and sauce, shook up your bowl and then hands it to you. It’d be a no for me.
Despite that process I was still willing to eat the food I just paid $15 for. It was good but not great. I kept tasting something off and so I tried eating the elements separately which tasted fine on their own yet off when combined. My husband had no complaints and liked how generous the portion was.
Back to the boba- that menu confused me too. So I just described what I wanted to drink and asked for it not to be very sweet. I ordered a lemonade with light mango and strawberry boba balls. It was good but again not great. If you’re a fan of sweet, go for it.
Since all this was just a matter of preferences… I’d definitely give it another try with special instructions and knowing what I’m getting.

I put 5 stars for atmosphere and service since I had ordered for delivery. The poke bowl I received had rice that was old and hot at the same time.. Like piping hot rice but had some dry crunchy bits as if it was sitting out or a day old. Not crunchy as if undercooked. And they put the raw fish on top of hot rice into a container and put a lid on it so by the time I got it, the salmon and tuna started becoming cooked. I luckily got a refund from Uber Eats, but just wanted to share my experience so that the business is aware of the issue and potential customers know what theyre getting into. The taro boba was fine. Seems like a powder mix because there was chalky bits at the bottom… Poke should be served with room temp or cold rice to prevent the fish from being cooked..

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered here, the food was not good. The salmon had been partially cooked by the rice being hot, the whole bowl was Luke warm instead of fresh and cold, they forgot my second protein, and it was bland and dry. Don’t get your poke here, there are so many better more authentic options.

Ordered online and went to pick up at this location. Store wasn't busy, my bowl and boba tea were ready by the time I arrived, maybe 10 minutes after ordering (online gives an estimate of up to 20 minutes). The two staff members were split between ringing up one other customer and gathering the trash around the building, so not terribly a busy environment. Before leaving the store I noticed I didn't get the two extra sauces I requested anywhere in the bag. The staff apologized and gave them to me, no problem. I got home and realized I should have thoroughly inspected the bowl itself because it was missing one of my proteins and one of the toppings. Glad I at least checked the bag to get the sauces I paid extra for, but still frustrating to say the least that there doesn't seem to be any sort of review when these orders are put together.

Everytime I go in it is very confusing to if someone is going to help me or not, the workers just stare and say nothing. Also, both time I have ordered boba the order has been made wrong.

pretty good I would say, I have had better but it's fair quality you get what you want if you want poke.
It's not good food for the price. It's fresh and looks nice, but in both my visits it doesn't taste right to me. On my last try, I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, but it had no teriyaki sauce on it. It tasted like a pickled wasabi bowl or something.
I would normally never do this, but it was so bad I felt it must have been made wrong. I took it back. They explained that it was made right (per their menu) and that the teriyaki chicken bowl in fact does not have teriyaki sauce. They were nice enough to remake me something that resembled what I wanted, but this too was only okay, at best, and certainly not worth $14.
It's a nice enough place, with friendly staff, but the food simply isn't very good in my opinion.

I ordered online and wasn't aware that the boba tea doesn't automatically come with boba, since the menu you order from has a list of EXTRA toppings. I feel like the website needs to be a bit more clear that if you want actual boba to your tea, it is an extra $1.
