The man was on his cell phone the whole time I was ordering. All the veggies were brown, wet, wilted and old. It looked like everything had been frozen and in the process of thawing. I asked him if there were other veggies available, he said “no, I just work here” so I left with nothing.

I've placed mobile orders multiple times for this location. Your employee(s) frequently IGNORE the list of ingredients to be included on the sandwich, sometimes even ignoring the type of bread selected.

If I could leave a negative star for the customer service at THIS specific location I would! I really want to leave a review everyday until it’s new workers. Jae the girl behind the counter is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I’ve decided by the end of all of this to leave a review everyday until something changes.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This was one of the worst subways I have ever been too! The girl who names start with a j was so rude to us we didn’t complete our order we walked out. Her customer service was horrible. She tried to argue with me about my toppings. I will never go back there please avoid this location.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It happened on October 29 around 8:07 PM at this location. I accidentally sent an online order here instead of the store near my home — which is about 30 minutes away — and I called within minutes to explain the situation. I then drove to the store and politely asked if there was any reasonable solution (refund or remake). I paid for a proper meal, not something reheated and handed back.
The heavyset African American male employee with short hair in waves (around 5’10”, and appeared to be the one who made the food) instantly became hostile. Instead of listening, he started yelling, used profanity, put his hand in my face, and kept shouting “take it or leave it.” He also kept saying “I have nothing to do with the app,” even though I called right away and tried to handle it properly and respectfully.
At no point did I raise my voice — I was calm start to finish. He spoke to me like I was nobody and treated me like an inconvenience instead of a customer who had already paid.
If this is how Subway employees are allowed to treat people who are being reasonable and respectful, then that says more about the management and the brand than about the employee.
I will update this review based on whether corporate chooses to address this or leaves it as a reflection of their standards.

Placed an online order and upon arrival was rudely told they did not have an order for my name. I was offered no help at all. It is the same woman who I’ve seen in recent 1 star reviews, she is supposed to be the “manager” but has a terrible attitude and will not help you. I wouldn’t even trust her around my food. I will continue to go to subway but will never return to this location. It’s a shame as a few months ago I had a good interaction with different staff. Should have stuck with them.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. The staff was extremely disrespectful, and the service was unbelievably rude. They even argued with me about which toppings come on the sub, which was completely unnecessary.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt negative — no greeting, no acknowledgment, no respect. Even the manager joined in the complaining instead of setting an example for the team. It was clear that customer care was the last thing on anyone’s mind.
If I were the owner, I would seriously reevaluate this entire team. This location does not represent the Subway brand well, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two subs. Both were the worst subs I have ever seen from any subway. The bread was stale, and the amount of filling was criminal. Sad to see subway fall like this.
