BMT subs were amazing! Big upgrade from last time we went. Saw the sign saying New Management, hoping they keep it up! Only bummed by the subway app not allowing to order fountain drinks. If that's something the store has the ability to add, would have been 5 starts

The lady with the bandana has a horrible attitude and is really rude, I just wanted a sub and she was condescending, first time ever I wasn't asked type of cheese and apparently her day hinged upon me specifying, just quit and work elsewhere lol smh all good just won't go back

IS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANNOT MAKE A PROPER SANDWICH. THEY DID NOT EVEN GREET ME. I CAN'T SAY MUCH FOR THE EMPLOYEE. BECAUSE IT WAS A " LADY, SHE WAS TRAINING, SO SHE WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS, AND SHE APOLOGIZED FOR BEING A LITTLE CLUMSY, BUT SHE TRIED TO DO HER BEST AND she did a GREATJOB" ( AND THAT WAS OKAY, I UNDERSTOOD THAT SO KOODLES TO HER") BUT, THE MANAGEMENT THAT FEMALE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP!!! WITH SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES THE JOB AND WE'LL SERVICE THE CUSTOMER AS IF SUBWAY VALUE YOU'RE COMING IN THE THAT LOCATION. I CALL THEIR FEBRUARY 1ST AND ASKED HER ABOUT THE SPECIAL THEY HAD FOR JANUARY 2025 IS IT STILL GOING ON FOR FEBRUARY?. Very rude. I walked in to the store to pick up a Uber eats order and was not even acknowledged with a hello welcome to subway. Use the bathroom walked back out so that the counter two girls there neither one said anything. Finally I said hello I have an order to pick up for Uber eats and the one girl said oh well we'll get to you when it's off! So as I am waiting for this order a Lady walks in the front door and again they didn't say hello or anything right way. After a few moments the one girl did Mumble under her Brad welcome to Subway will be with you in just a moment. It was so rude.

Well first of all the bread was stale af the meat n veggies poorly distributed bread not up to par on appearance either and lastly never cut my sub in half bench she claimed there was only one knife when asked if she could a different that has touched any pork and service was not up to par either ?

I am not sure why this subway even offers a veggie delight when they are always missing two or more vegetables every time Iโ€™m there. And then the vegetables that they do have look like theyโ€™ve been there for a week, disgusting! I went in today and they did not have bell peppers, and I was even hesitant to get the vegetables that they had because of their quality. so I got the bread and the cheese and a couple of vegetables and the sauces and came home and cut myself some bell pepper and some fresh cucumbers and added that to the sub! Thumbs down! ??

I went in to order a sub and I witnessed an interaction with the male worker and a female customer. Never in my life have I been so disgusted by how an employee talked to a customer. The customer seemed to have an online order that wasn't made and had waited there for a while. Regardless of HOW any order was placed, this male employee that was working today on 05/22/2024 needs additional customer service training. He was incredibly rude to this customer IN FRONT of all of us, including other customers and another employee (who may have even been a manager?). The other employee just sat there staring not trying to help. I immediately left to go get lunch somewhere else. I will never come back to this location strictly based on the terrible atmosphere and horrid experience I witnessed.
