Subway decides to cancel parts of your order without telling you. You find out only when your food is delivered and people are missing meals. Not cool when trying to feed your family and your kids don't get their food. When you call to inquire, they hang up on you. I tried calling back multiple times to speak to a manger, again, they hang up. I give them zero stars.

Literally the worst subway I ordered 2 foot long tuna subs and they were cold barely had any cheese and vegetables mostly lettuce and barely any tuna and tasted like it was old

Employees often do not show up for their shifts leaving service to function slowly. Electronic order processor for Door Dash Uber Eats and the Subway app does not work reliably at this store, which more often than not leaves the restaurant full of drivers and customers unable to pick up their orders. I had to escalate to the Subway Customer Care line in order to get a situation resolved. Of course the manager/owner did not refer me to this service, I had to find it myself. In general, I recommend that you go to a different location than this one if you are in a hurry or wish to enjoy the benefits that any of the pick up/delivery apps provide.

Parking: Went late at night and still had to park at the end of the strip. Maybe be easier to park in back.

Keep it real

Have been working in the area for quite some time. I used to love going to this specific location. I don’t know what happened to the old employees but the new ones suck. They never have any cookies. Also, the employees barely speak. I understand all online orders are to be fulfilled, but that doesn’t give you right to ignore The current customers that are in the store do better

I don't like to give businesses anything other than five stars but this place was slow I don't know if the girl just got the job there but it took her about 10 minutes to put two subs together and then she rung us up and it was like half the price so I probably shouldn't be

The staff was rude. There was something brown on my lunch meat and the staff would not allow me to show her what I was speaking about. There was a teenager who came from the back, like was it bring your kid to work day and be rude. I ordered three subs and miss rude staff almost made my six inch the twelve inch...I had the ultimate bmt .I said I was never returning to the location on Southfield Rd and tried this one on Woodward and I will not be returning!!!!
