One of the best burgers ive had in a very long time. I got a smash burger thinking it was going to be small, but I couldn't even eat it all. Fresh meat, juicy, quality bun that was toasted on the grill, and came with potato chips. We got fries too which were hot and crispy, and our Coke came in a huge frosty mug. I dont know our servers name, but she was very pleasant. 100% recommend 👌

Waitress was bartender and cook also.And she was on top of it!!!! And very friendly and great with her time management in serving us and others. Tried the CHEESECAKE ROLL and it was very very delicious! (Paired well with my Angry Orchard)

Was told about this place from someone at work. I dont know why they would think this place is good our fries were barley cooked tasted like raw potatoe with cheese and burnt bacon was a waste of $$ The burgers were actually decent but not the greatest. The drinks were extremely weak, im convinced she poured me coke cola and forgot the jack Daniels..... Nothing in the place is worth coming again. I definitely won't be back and the next time this girl at work mentions this place to people imma tell them the truth that its not worth going to. Atmosphere wise .... seems like a sundown type of town bar.... we will leave that there...
Regular customer here, the food is always great! In fact I just had a chef salad and it was the best I've had up to date. The only place I've found where the meat- veggie ratio was perfect. I had a bite of meat with almost every bite AND I didn't have to pay extra for extra meat. The service is always amazing and we're always excited to go back. I'd HIGHLY recommend Verna's!

Food was mediocre at best claiming these are the best burgers when larsons is in Monroe county is quite insulting to larsons. It took two hours to get our food. We where told our fries where undercooked on purpose because they where jammed in the kitchen, none of the burgers where cooked correctly, and they actively brought us the wrong fries then told us they would remove them from our bill and charged us anyways. The service was bad, for some reason the wait staff does not have assigned tables so they continued to come to our table each asking the same questions. Would not recommend.
