Great place to go winetasting. We enjoyed it while it was under the previous ownership as a better place to relax, etc. The family who took over was awesome to talk to and visit with and even gave our grandson some Crocs when his shoes became very muddy. They went over and beyond expectation and I would highly recommend visiting.
First visit and we'll be back. It's a bit off the beaten path but well worth the drive. The lady that took care of us knows their wines and zeroed in to my taste preference's quickly making some suggestions. Red wines from Michigan always seem to be a tad bit lacking in my opinion. Well, Free Run Cellars just blew my opinion out of the water. I did a flight of reds not expecting much and tried the Lemberger, Sangiovese Reserve and Meritage. All three were excellent...

Such a wonderful experience! It felt like visiting a friend’s home — warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Robin was the best hostess, so friendly and attentive. We were celebrating a birthday, and she made it extra special. The music was so cozy and added to the perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!
