Absolutely filthy McDonald’s in Berrien Springs. My family & I stopped by for a quick bathroom break, & grab some breakfast while in the road.
The women’s restroom was filthy. Trash on the floor, the bathroom stall trash cans were overflowing & exposed women’s products were visible.
I thought to myself, if this is how filthy the dining area is that I can visibly see. I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen area is that I’m unable to see.
We waited at the front counter for several minutes with no assistance on ordering our food. Yes, there was an order kiosk however, I wanted to speak to an actual person to order my food. After no acknowledgment, My husband decided to go through the drive through.
Do better, McDonalds.

This place sucks. I asked for caramel frappe and extra caramel they did not receive it. I paid an extra $.40 for something then I proceeded to ask is this extra then the lady should attitude to me. She continued to say that it was extra caramel when it was not. Also, the amount of time they have got my order wrong is insane to me. Not only do they have horrible staff, but horrible personalities. You guys need to get better with who you hire I want to refund send me my money.

It was very, very cold in the restaurant. My husband and I were going to eat our lunch inside. Instead, we asked if our order can be to go. We ate in our Jeep, where it was much warmer.

This was the worst service. While we were waiting an extended period of time for our food, numerous people were returning to the counter complaining about missing items. They forget everyone's drink. Including ours which we told them and they gave us the wrong kind. We made sure we had the correct number of items in our bag and left. Then we discovered later once we begun to open our food that the box of chicken nuggets was missing 4, the box even said 10 and we received 6. So they not only give poor service they can't count. This should be negative-5 star.

Roof is leaking, and it is absolutely a disgusting hazard. This restaurant is understaffed every time of day, and patrons are young, obnoxious folk. Staff does their best, but are generally quite clueless. The leaking roof is my primary concern. Food is standard, they're not reinventing the wheel at this Mcd's, but it's acceptable.

The Bering Springs McDonald’s is alright. The service was average. Nothing really stood out, but it wasn’t bad either. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but some items were a bit cold. Overall, it’s a typical fast-food experience. Not great, not terrible. Would probably stop by again if I’m in the area and need a quick bite.
