I went through the drive-thru and ordered one fries basket. The fries I received were undercooked and not crispy at all. I went back to let them know and asked for a replacement, but the staff member told me the fries were “perfect” and insisted he made them himself. Instead of helping, he handed the same fries back to me. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Please don’t go there — they don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. I also want my money back.
Took more than 40 minutes on the drivethrough
take awhile to get ur order
I saw them kick a person out because they were in the kitchen forcefully (they did it in a respectful way)
Breakfast is so good there
I visited this location several times for breakfast and the team is friendly even though they appear understaffed. The McMuffin is toasted (not always the case at other locations nearby) and egg was fully cooked. The Diet Coke has just the right amount of syrup and fizz. The bathrooms, tables, and trash was taken care of, which has suffered at most locations since Covid.
I was hesitant to give a five star review but feel it’s deserved for the consistency over the last several morning visits.
I hadn’t had any kind of McDonald’s food in 2+ years and breakfast more like three or four. Let me tell you, the freshness and crispiness of the hash brown and the sandwich that you could tell was made fresh., what a pleasant surprise it was. Great job over there.
Ordered on the App to pick up curbside. After waiting 10 minutes I called the store. Manager said there was no record of my order & came out to show me where to cancel the order. No way to cancel, so he told me to reorder & go through the drive through. When I got to the window he had my bag of cold food from the original order & said he didn’t know how that could have happened. I asked him to make all fresh food. Drive through woman said I would have to reorder a 3rd time. I refused. Got to pick up window & handed a bag of cold food. Asked for fresh fries. He handed me more cold fries. Asked for fresh fries. By the time I got the lukewarm fries everything else was cold & I had been waiting 45 minutes for my food. Got home to find chicken nuggets were hard & cold, all sandwiches were cold. Called store Manager to ask for a refund. He said I would have to bring the receipt & food back for a refund. It was already 9:30 & I wasn’t going back out on a Sunday night. Will be requesting a refund from the area manager & also emailed corporate. Very, very POOR customer service & a waste of $25!!! Will not be returning. A good Manager would have given a refund based on the length of time I waited & cold food being given to me after asking for fresh repeatedly.
Came here at 11pm tonight, site clearly says drive thru until midnight. Stickers on windows says midnight. There were other cars trying to order as well, as well as three employee vehicles there… i guess the employees pick the hours?
A great McDonald's, does well for what it is.
Restaurantji Recommends
I waited in line for 15 minutes behind another lady that hadn't even ordered yet. Very slow!! I left and never did get to order
I got my food about 10 minutes after I ordered it and I was the only person in the restaurant, also I saw my vanilla shake sit on the table a good 5 minutes before it was served to me and I already had the rest of my food.
Mcdonalds prices have skyrocketed. I think they had low prices for too long and now they are trying to re-coup. We are boycotting them regardless. It's not really food but for a buck what the heck. Not $5/$10. No thanks.
Idk who manages this McDonalds, but whoever does needs to be fired, cuz ever since the renovation, things just haven't been the same. Mainly, the afternoon employees, they are scared or just unable to deal with school-age children who either want to hang out with friends and eat or start a fight in the bathroom. Whenever there is a fight, instead of the manager taking corrective action themselves (like locking the dining room door during the afternoons,) they instead call the principal of the school I go to, expecting they will be able to take corrective action, and that the manager won't have to do anything. Oh, and did I forget? They always threaten about school-age children not being allowed to go to McDonalds anymore... They must be so desperate now... because I just visited this exact McDonalds about a half hour ago, and I literally saw 8 no loitering signs. 2 of them the manager made that are green, and they must've just ordered 6 more from corporate to put on the walls, because I have not seen those signs the last time I visited, I only saw the 2 green ones. These signs literally ruin the whole atmosphere. This is why I try my best to avoid this location at all costs.
Edit (12/23/24): I forgot to mention this McDonalds is inconsistent with the time when the breakfast menu changes to the normal menu. Today, we ordered off the app with the breakfast stuff. However when we visited it was already 10:30 am, and due to the menu changing the staff couldn't give us our food. We entered, still 8 no loitering signs btw, the staff said we would be refunded. We then tried to order off the app again. However, the menu on the app did not update, so we took our business over to subway instead. This happened before, except the time the menu changed was 11am. However, the app was displaying the normal menu...
Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly, like I just explained in my review...:/
