Arrived to a cash only setting and seated in cold back room. Biscuits and gravy had diced up old sausage patties in it and was served barely warm. When I was asked how was everything I told them I didn't like my food. The lady laughed and said she has been expecting that. When I tried to tell her what was wrong she told me "Have a good day sir. HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR" I will never go back. Berrien Springs town motto should just be "Good Enough"

A good place to eat a hearty breakfast in Berrien Springs! Just be aware that the price on the menu is inaccurate atm. They said they are working on a new menu, and informed us $2 more for each menu when we were done with our food. But it seems like there are some menus that cost more than that. We ordered five menus: Chopped steak (menu price - 7.75), mozzarella sticks (4.75), fried mushrooms (4.75), vege Niki burger (6.75), 6oz ribeye steak (10.5), which is 34.5 (36.57 if sales tax included) but the actual price was 53.03. So make sure to have a good amount of cash on you so that you wouldn’t be sitting there hoping you have enough ?

Haven't been in awhile as we never know when open or closed. Also last time there not the same cook and food was greasy. Not up to their usual standard. Usually food is excellent and service is great. Not lately

(Decent food!) (Lovely staff) (Older setting)Today, I experienced Nikki's Cafe. Located in Berrien Springs, Michigan, Nikki's Cafe is a low-key, down to earth Cafe. There was a ton of history in this restaurant. The food was okay. I enjoyed the eggs, grilled onions, chopped steak, and grits. The menu items were not bad in pricing. To my surprise, an older restaurant like this serves vegan and vegetarian food. It showed they are serving all foodies. The service was great! I appreciate the hospitality and the way they treat their customers. The atmosphere appeared to gear toward an older crowd, but the restaurant was clean and homey. There were a lot of black and white pictures on the wall, and the restaurant did not appear to be updated in years.Nikki's Cafe was good overall. The cafe only takes cash only. I'm grateful for the experience!Vegetarian options: There are veggie omelets, vegan bacon, and sausage.Parking: There were plenty of street parking spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly menu items and restaurant!Wheelchair accessibility: Good size restaurant for wheelchair accessibility.

Service was nilt. Food was Luke warm. Table had syrup all over it. Waited for coffee and then never refilled. Daughter never got water asked for. Did not get any service from staff. Most unfriendly group. Had to go to register to get bill. Never be back. Just a shame. Was a great place when it was daybreak. Obviously not kid friendly.

Good variety of food with nice prices, however often inconsistent with quality. The service is polite, due to lack of staff customers are often neglected. The building is quite nice with small town diner feel.
