Amazing. Very personable employees and great business!! Wait times are almost nonexistent. The blizzards are unmatched. They really give them the razzle dazzle. Lots of syrup, lots of speciality pieces like cookie dough and will even happily give you more when asked. This location is wonderful. I will never go to Hurley again!!! Hurley DQ has blizzards that are watery and disgusting. Bessemer DQ’s blizzards are literal heaven in a cup. Love it!!!
Ordered for my wife and I for curbside pickup. No issues with my wife’s order. My order, however, was totally a hot mess. I ordered the bbq chicken strips basket and extra dipping sauce. I opened the box and what I found instantly angered me. They tossed three chicken strips on the bottom, then the two toast pieces on top of those, then three more chicken strips on top of that. Had the fish sandwich. Delicious and generous size. The one front staff person we dealt with was extraordinarily friendly and smiling. Seems like a well-run and put together place. If you like DQ, you will like this DQ.
