Friendly, good drinks and let me stay late to watch football game
My husband & I are rarely happy with our food. The atmosphere, service & food is amazing here. I highly recommend it, & If we come back up here in the summer we will for sure be stopping at Cold Creek inn again. It is super clean as well. Loved it! We did not stay at the hotel, I wouldn't be afraid to, if I needed a room.
Nice hotel.
What a gem! Food is great and owners are so nice!
The food is outstanding. The wings are magnificent. French dip, Steak Hoagie, and the Reuben rank the best we have had. Highly recommend.
Restaurant was very good! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The Reuben was the best I have ever had. Wings were amazing.
Food was fair at best. Service was terrible, would never go again!
Clean rooms. A little small but nice.
Dinner was very good. The cost is very reasonable and the portions are very generous. Very impressed and worth going back.
Food was terrible.

The restaurant not the hotel. Bad service. Very high prices for what you get
We went to Cold Creek Inn for dinner. We went to the host stand and the young women said inside or outside, we said outside. She said sit anywhere. Only tables available were 2 six tops, so we sat at one. Got our menus and ready to order. A party of 10 walks up and they want the other 6 top and then day they want our table also. The manager tells us we have to give up our table and go inside or wait for another table. Unreal!! I get it if they told us before we were seated and had menus but that was their problem and should not have been become ours.
Terrible service. Another tourist trap crapshack. If ya feel like waiting forever for blah food? This is your place
Maybe it was an off night, but our Saturday supper at Cold Creek was disappointing. Service was very slow. We sat for 25 minutes after being seated before our server came to the table -- after we had asked another server for assistance. The lasagna was meh -- sweet, watery tomato sauce on layers of pasta with little meat. Chef Boyardee has more flavor. Steak salad was just OK. Of the four dessert choices, only one was available. Overpriced and underwhelming.
My boys and I stayed here as we visited Sleeping Bear Dunes and the surrounding area. The entire motel was well taken care of, clean, and our room was very spacious! Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. We had everything we needed and I personally loved all the flowers and personal touches (books, chalk, doughnuts, etc.)
