Slowest service in history, restaurant is dirty, the Orkin man was spraying for bugs inside and the staff are not welcoming.

Okay, here we go again! We came here last Sunday and we were rushed to make an order and kept saying ok pull toward, we had to ask Well you don't know what drink I want, so he said ok what kind of drink you want? I said I would never come back here. Today my insisted on having kfc🤦🏾‍♀️. Do I tried again reluctantly. Gave my order just a three piece, guest what they couldn't get it right. I look in bag no sides I ordered but one. I reversed and said, I'm missing my sides he told me well come back around I have people behind you. There was a red sub in front of me who walked her food back in and ssid she wanted a refund her order was messed up. Im done with this sorry location. They need to shut it down.!!!!!

Most Everyone is so nice there and the food is always hot and the kids love the tenders last time I went they were SUPER BUSY FYI busy or not check your order cause something will be missing. BUT. the girl who works the drive thru and counter is down right rude! If the order is wrong and you say something watch out because the attitude you get from her is RIDICULOUS today I left with out my drinks because her attitude is so nasty !

Me and my brother ordered the Chicken and Waffles box and the cashier completely messed up our order. He had us wait 20 minutes at the speaker. As we pull up to the window to get our order, we discover that we only got 1 waffle , no fries, and no nuggets. He tried to lie and say that’s what we ordered and refused to give us our money back.Very poor customer service. Will not be returning to this location again!

I just had a very unpleasant experience meeting Ms. Nita. She was very short and rude. I’m 70 years old and yes I took longer to place my order, she was very disrespectful and her attitude was terrible. Upon asking who the manager was she said she was. Which was a lie. When Jeremy came to the window he was cool and respectful. But Nita kept talking and told him to make sure to get my drink which should’ve been a courtesy drink after what I went through with her. I informed Jeremy I will not be back and I will be reporting this unpleasant situation to corporate. Again Jeremy tried to rectify to the situation but Nita would not shut up. She kept talking over him. My question is who is the real manager because she will run this place down because of her attitude and unprofessionalism. She states she gets good reviews, but Nita does not realize yet that we remember the bad and how you make others feel. All I wanted from her was empathy and she gave none. She needs to practice patience and respect of person.

I placed a mobile order here on 2 different occasions and each time it seemed that they didn't start preparing it until I walked in for pick-up. Which meant I had to wait, even though I received notification order was ready. My orders were correct, but on both times I was disappointed in the taste and quality of the food.

When you spend this amount and the chicken is as dry as The Sahara desert! The mac and cheese had a weird after taste.It seemed like it was old or refried, just dry......won't happen again. This happened twice. Buyer beware!

I recently visited this KFC for the first time since moving to the area, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience.

I placed an order through the drive-thru, including a kids' meal and a large cup of ice water. To my surprise, the employee informed me that the large cup of water would cost $4.99—which is not only outrageous but also more expensive than a large soft drink ($2.99) listed on their own menu. When I questioned the price, she simply laughed and agreed that it was excessive.

After receiving my order, I realized there were no utensils in the bag. When I entered the store to retrieve them, I was met with a filthy dining area that smelled terrible. The tables looked as though they had been wiped down carelessly, if at all. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable.

As for the staff, the woman at the drive-thru displayed poor customer service skills and a dismissive attitude. Her energy was low, and she lacked professionalism. In contrast, the young woman at the front counter who handed me utensils was polite, which was the only redeeming part of my visit.

Given the lack of cleanliness, absurd pricing, and poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to take immediate action to improve both their customer service and the overall cleanliness of this establishment.

God has been stopping by this location since 1988, ( God ) used to love KFC back then & nothing has ( God ) changed! Staff here is super welcoming & treat you like family. Place has been ( God ) remodeled, looks fantastic! New apple pies are tasty! - God

I went through the drive thru, it beingwas my first time going, and I didn't understand the menu, and I was trying to understand it to place my order. The manager got on the speaker, and she was very abrupt and kind of nasty. I didn't appreciate it. I didn't get it the way I wanted, but the fool was ok.
