Ghetto as hell, food was wrong, (I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich) they gave me a normal chicken sandwich and when I told them it was wrong they just put spicy sauce (a lot of it) on the same normal chicken sandwich. Then tried to tell me I didn't order it spicy as if I didn't remember what I told her. I'm disappointed and will never be returning. Not to mention the fact the bathrooms are disgusting. DO NOT COME HERE TAKE UR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Rudest woman working behind the counter. Made us wait 20 minutes for chicken while she continued to serve all of the drive thru customers while we sat inside. Did not give us correct receipt and when I asked for the correct one, they completely ignored.

Went here on lunch...place was empty....I'm the only person in line...seemed like 5 mins...a guy walks in said checks...a lady pops up. Open the box...removed her check...ignored me and went on to do what ever....I'm trying to get the attention of anybody....tht same man comes back in 3mms later and asked for a apple pie...she stops wht she's doing ....gets him a pie...I said ..excuse me ..I been here standing in front of you...I said tht messed up...can u take my order...she told me to wait while went back to doing wht ever...I said this not right then walked out.....Poor poor poor...professional...attutude...Never coming back...( I HOPE CORPORATE READS THIS AND REVIEW THE FOOTAGE)...AND TERMINATE

WORST KFC PLACE ever !!! Ordered online and ready to be picked up 6:17 . GOT our food 6:50 pm! The one in charge was very RUDE and no manners ! NEVER again in this place . Planning to call and file a formal complain about this . Attitude was NOT acceptable
Placed online around 8p, scheduled pick up at 830p, arrived at 837p just to be told my order is not ready and it's going to be a while because they only have dark meat and it's going to be another 22 minutes for my order to be ready. This is the second time this has happened. It is 913p and I'm just getting my order. 22 minutes huh. I'm done with this place.
