Been coming to Penn Station for a while. I guess this location has new ownership, not to friendly or welcoming, food very skimpy. Everything I requested on my sandwich she act like it was an issue. I will go to out of my way to the next location..

Ended up being a huge portion and the sandwich was phenomenal! Their wheat bread is amazing.

Ordered online for a 5:15 pickup. I showed up at 5:20, and they said it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I walked up to the counter and asked if it was ready, and seeing an order of fries and being the only customer in the store I asked if they were my fries, and if I could have them while I waited for my sandwich. They said my order would ready soon so we're going to wrap it all up together. 5 minutes later it still wasn't ready. So I asked for the fries again, which they reluctantly gave me. There was no apology for the wait, no explanation. Rude the entire time. Won't be back.

Horribly dirty place. The ketchup dispenser made me want to throw up. The service was absolutely horrible there wasn't that many people there but I waited for over a half an hour and the server argued with me that the reason why it took so long is I left the building. I never left the building I was sitting there the whole time I had to go up and ask her I'll never go back there again

I have been going to this location for lunch for nearly a decade and it has always been fantastic. A couple months ago, they sold to a new owner and everything stayed the same…at first. I went in today and there were three people I had never seen before and let me tell you how the visit went.

1). They had a $192 catering order that they were trying to get done in the middle of the lunch rush.

2). They had up to 12 people, myself included, waiting to pay for upwards of 20 minutes.

3). When I finally did get my food, the fries were raw. When I took them back to the register, the manager’s response was “but they’re hot!” Yeah, no shit. They were sitting in 400 degree oil. Of course they’re hot. Doesn’t mean they’re done. They tried twice more to make me fries and they were still raw both times.

4). When I’d had enough and asked for a refund, the same manager tried to argue with me about it and say they’d remake them (no thanks. After three tries, I’m out.

5). They didn’t know how to process a refund to my card so they ended up just giving me cash.

6). An hour and a half later, I feel like ass and just blew out the bathroom.

I mentioned earlier that I’ve been patronizing this specific location for nearly a decade. I will not be back.

Service is SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW
SKOW SLOW. The front counter tee wasnt
welcoming and looked like it wouldn't pass an
inspection. They seemed unorganized and
chaotic. The restaurant was griney and felt
unkempt. Customers lined up at pickup for long
stretches unsure where or when they would see
food.
My food was almost charged double. I ordered
the special at $16 and she tried to charge me $26.
Good thing I noticed. Noticed a customer after
me questioning her bill as well, but I missed why.
The food is the saving grace. While this chain
restaurant loos like a cheap greasy diner, the
food was tasty. It is the ONLY reason this is not a
one star review.
Overall this is a miss and will not return.

Waiting more than a half hour past pickup time for a soggy sandwich and cold fries was not worth the $17 that I paid

Ordered an Italian with no onions or banana peppers, walked out with a philly and didn’t know until I got home. Which is fine, because mistakes happen. Headed back to the shop and they instantly handed me a sandwich they said was mine. Came back home and still not the one I ordered and was missing the tomatoes but was covered in banana peppers and onions. Just wont be going back. Always check your orders before leaving any restaurant.

Possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had. I've been to over 20 Penn Stations across the country. This was by far something you wouldn't even feed your dog. I got served fries made with a rotten potato. My sandwich had like 2 pieces per half. Cheese was not existent. I ordered extra onion with extra banana peppers. Barely anything. I also wanted oil and vinegar. Not a splash. Bone dry. I would avoid this location at all costs. After reading reviews I see I'm not the only one to get a horrible meal.

Terrible customer service. The woman working was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She spoke so fast I couldn’t understand her, and I felt uncomfortable asking her to repeat herself. I ended up with a sub I didn’t even want. Won’t be going back. This place blows

I first tried them about a month ago and I have been back at least 4 times. I absolutely LOVE them! My go to use to be Jersey Mike’s but I haven’t been there in awhile. Food is always fresh and delicious!

Excited to see Penn Station Sub because I'm from Philly! Went in. The lady taking my order had the personality of a door knob; ice cold, never looked at me, rude when I asked a question about a meat. I started to walk out but I saw a couple a kind looking servers and cashier. Plus, I really wanted to taste the food. I expressed how I felt to the cashier and she said it's not the first time it's been reported. She also asked if I would come again and I told her heck NO. The food was ok but not good enough for me to endure her rudeness!

Best subs ever, All other sub places are ridiculous compared to Penn station subs. Looking to institutions Good Lord I wish they would get one in Genesee county. And the people that work there are always extremely nice.

I come in to pick up a Togo order. Door is locked. There is a sign that says “pick up only, understaffed. So I walk around to the other door. Also locked. A kid walks to the door and opens it and looks at me. I say are you closed? And he says no, it’s pick up only. I say ok so why is the door locked? He said, I was cleaning and i said bro that’s bullshit. If you’re open this door shouldn’t be locked. Cleaning isn’t an excuse. He asked if I’m really gonna argue with a teenager. I said no man, how about you take this and better yourself. Don’t act like a teenager when you’re in a job dealing with adults. Better supervision is clearly needed at this store. THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED THE ORDER YET. When I tired to ask how they can know if people have pick up orders when the door is locked they insulted me and told me to get a real job. Just because I asked a question. This place is beyond stupid. Saying they’re too busy when they place is empty lol
