Penn Station East Coast Subs

Fries were cooked in old oil and you could smell it as soon as you walked through the door. The sandwich was greasy and the bread was chewy and gross. Jersey Mike is far better for f you want something fresh

The music was loud so the person taking my order could not hear me and I could not hear them.
The sandwich was made wrong once corrected it was ok
I was given an extra order of fries for $8 that I did not order so she said sorry but did not give a refund....
Very expensive for what it is.
Floors were very dirty but there where 4 people working and it was not busy.
Overall a bad meal and we won't go back.

Vegetarian options: Only 2 options not good ones either

Joanna, Torron, and Daivonne are OUSTANDING and were SO patient with my high maintenance order AND the food was an A+! GIANT NEW FAN OF PENN STATION AND THESE AWESOME HUMANS!!

Visited this location today 05/04/2024 Horrible customer service. Cashier chewing gum while taking my order rude and inconsiderate. Making food with our gloves on while hair was not in a hair net with long breads serving food. I will not recommend this location

Food is usually pretty good.I really enjoy the chicken pilly not on the menu board but offered when ordering online. I often see people with long hair not pulled up though.

This is the worst penn station. Do not go. The employees are always new. I gave them 3 chances. They screw up the order every time. And simply does not share the standard other penn station locations have. I wouldnt feed this locations food to a dog.

The girls taking my order & cashing me out were SO rude. No one said hello, they were so dismissive with the nastiest attitudes. After the last girl cashed us out, she didn’t greet us either…she immediately turned around, pulled her phone out & went to the corner. Customer service is just piss poor, for no reason. I just don’t understand it, it truly made me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back.My food was a greasy mess, literally I’ve never had that much grease in a penn station chicken Philly. 2/10 experience.

Poor sandwich not enough meat on the sub very poor taste

Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things:1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related.2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat.The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay.Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.

Parking: Shopping center so, lots of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Unless your kid needs a leash they'll be fine here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tight from the start but there are a few tables where a chair can park easily & without fear of blocking others.
