Don’t go to this establishment if you want quality anything! I just spent $32.00 on two sandwiches, I paid for one that was a mistake on their part. When I arrived home and viewed what was suppose to be a large Chicken Philly there was NO meat on the sandwich. I called and the “cook” answered and made excuse about why the sandwich was this way and proceeded to tell me how they are having a bad day because their cash register is down. Please!!! It is unacceptable how much you charge and then give someone bread and then make excuses about why! They made NO EFFORT TO FIX THIS SITUATION! Not even to replace the sandwich.

So now u charge for Tubbys sauce? Now Penn Station will be my go to for steak subs. Better quality. What a sham ya'll are!On top of that, order a Philly Steak sub & you will be asking "where are the onions & green peppers?" Barely visible at any location. Tubbys... you have really pushed the rip off dialer up to 10!!@

I will NEVER patronize this place again. The price on the board said $9.49. In the end it cost $11.45 for a regular chicken club sandwich. The sandwich was cold, so cold the cheese wasn’t melted.

Good food. Always great service. I had no idea there's a 3% up charge for using my debit card. There's nothing stating that and I was wondering why lunch for me and my daughter was 32.00 and that's the answer I was told for two subs and two fries. So if I return it will be cash only.

Tubby should be ashamed of the mess they calling a sub! Got a broccoli and chicken and it was comparable to dog food the way it looked! The taste was the worst! I ordered two fries only got one! I will never come here or any location to eat this slop again!
This particular time, it had taken up most of my lunchtime, waiting for 1 vehicle ahead of me to receive their order. The person working, I'm sure, was doing whatever he could, but by the time I got to the window, I was already tensed up, knowing I wouldn't have time to eat. Food was prepared as I asked but not as hot as I would expect being freshly made. It seemed luke warm. But I will be back as I'm usually satisfied and will decide from then.

Poor customer service rude staff. Ordered online order wasn’t received. Owners son apparently never sent the order to the store. Store was not busy took forever to get our order. Will never return to this location.
