I go here alot and I get he same drink every time, so I'm not understanding why it tastes differently depending on who is working. This time my butter bear doesn't even taste like it has any butterscotch or Carmel in it, it tastes like plain dark roast coffee and is gross.
I did a mobile order today which I've never done before so I walked in and went to the back assuming that's where pickup orders would be. Someone called out a hot Chai in which I had ordered along with another drink and bagles...I rose my hand and signaled it was mine and went up and grabbed it.
